After Canva, what was the image editor you used? It looks pretty intuitive. Thank you.

It is Snagit from Techsmith. I am using the 2018 version. I have not upgraded simply because I am cheap. It is really slick. I wish I had got into it while I was teaching. Super easy to make images that teach a skill. That said, if I were not using it I would use the free version on Pixlr. They only allow you to save 3 images a day, but I was able to make that work for a long time.

How do you know that the led lights will fit inside the lettering? I'm also trying to make a led neon sign, and I've noticed that the larger I go, the more the width of the lettering gets. Eventually, the width of my lettering will be too big for my led rope lights. How can you keep the width the same size no matter how big the lettering gets?

I would measure the lights... and build from there. I was answering a user's question, so the measurements are all guesses. I think this tutorial will likely help you more. th-cam.com/video/WQATCL1f3yA/w-d-xo.html It is still not precisely measured... but I think the steps will help you make sure the channels are the right size. Essentially, do not set the wall wall size until you have the word scaled the word to the size you want.

@HLModTech Sorry, the lights are approximately 5 to 6 mm wide and 9 to 10 mm high. I'm just starting out in 3d printing and Autocad, and thank you for your help.
