Swimming With Andrei Filipinez + Picnic With Kids On The River

Wonderful weekend on Samal Island! My kids and I went on a hike to the river, where we enjoyed the beauty of nature and had a delicious meal with durians and fried chicken. It’s our special tradition - spending time together outdoors. In the evening, we met up with our friend Andrei and his big family at the beach. While the kids played in the water, Andrei and I enjoyed the warm, bath-like waters of the Philippine sea and had a lovely chat about life. Try Dinuguan or tinadad na baka, dinuguan made of blood and meat of pork, sometimes they add pork small intestine or coconut for more thick and creamy sauce, depending on the version, but I like it more without coconut.
Tinadad na baka is another variant of dinuguan, we use beef smash and cut to a little pieces and beef blood or pork blood, much better if beef blood and it's more like broth like sinigang same sour taste but more tastier because of the strong taste of beef. Balut is a good 10 to 13 grams of protein, that's a lot of protein for 1 egg compared to chicken egg only about 2 or 3 grams of protein.

Im from mindanao and now living in manila and the people in manila dont like durian. Most of the peoplw here in manila that loves durian are those from mindanao who now lives in manila. And its difficult to find marang and durian here and very expensive.
