    Another great video. Thank you.
Interested to know what tires are popular/good on that kind of terrain? So many tire comparison videos are in places with dry rocks. Not too many people comparing tire performance on damp, mossy logs like we get in the UK! What tires did well at this event?

Thank you, delighted to hear you enjoyed it.
It is a tricky one as no tyre is perfect, however, there are a few key things that can aid when looking for the correct variant.
When looking at the tread pattern there are a few differences.
Tyres with aggressive tread patterns such as the Proline Mickey Thompson Baja Pro X or RC4WD Mud Slingers are really good on very loose terrain.
They bite in much more effectively and make use of the loose stuff where a tyre with a finer tread would sink in.
These styles of tyres are usually good all-round for trail driving yet not the most competitive.
I found finer tread tyres such as the RC4WD Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ to work well in all-around use cases in competitions providing they have a correct foam setup.
Speaking of foams, if the foams are not sufficient then the tyre can’t perform at its fullest.
A tyre should have enough give/squish to form over obstacles however not fall over completely to the point where you would ride on the wheel rim.
Foam types mainly depend on the weight of the rig, if you run a ready-to-run then a single-stage foam is a sufficient option.
If running more weight however it then may be needed to go with a two-stage foam option or even a 3D-printed insert.
3D printed inserts allow for the tyre to be very soft or hard depending on your preference while not allowing it to fold over due to the design.
On the day there were a lot of leaves on the ground and it made everyone run on a fairly level field.
With leaves it is almost like having slicks and mostly results in momentum being most effective, no matter the tyre tread.
      Hope that helps.

@@ThatTinyTruckGuy wow, thanks for such a detailed reply, I appreciate it.
Haha, yes, sometimes there’s no substitute for momentum!
