Hey Maygi i just wanted to tell you i always look forward to your videos on character releases! They really help us out, and the format you use makes them a pleasure to watch! I know theres no content and it sucks for you to pull all nighters but i dont think most people would be mad if you took your time to get the guides out, prioritize your health! Anyways do what you love and know we love what you do!
I think the Wuwa submission is a nice content. It gives you something to react to. Many many of your previous video in depth guide calulation are really top notch stuffs and deserved so much more audiences and subscribers 5x fold. I hope something comes up better for you soon Maygi!
I live for your reaction to healer Xiangli Yao xD Thanks for hosting these challenges Maygi! You're probably right that any content that the game has will have to be community run, and I appreciate you and the community you've cultivated around a game I enjoy 🥰
It's unfortunate that I misunderstood part of the restrictions and got disqualified, but its all good since my main purpose was just to showcase another way of using Lumi in a team. I would like to note though, that even on Rejuvenating Glow set, Spectro Rover can still dish out some good dmg. I just normally don't use it on her because there's not really a big enough difference in the team's overall DPS to use it over the smoother experience of just summoning Jue for free dmg. Even in the previous weekly challenge where I was using DPS Spectro Rover on my Camellya team vs Fallacy, using Rejuvenating Glow didn't make a noticeable difference to my average clear times at all even though Rover was fightin against resist. I even tried sticking Moonlit on Sanhua along with Rejuv on Rover and still didn't see any difference in my clear times, which is why I just stuck with the triple DPS set up that I had in my submission for weekly challenge #4. Aside from that point, the reason I opt to swap to Rover over using the full duration of Sanhua's outro buff on Lumi is because even while using a lvl 1 weapon, Rover does more dmg in the bit of time that she's on field while Lumi's finishing up her own attacks on the side, than the extra dmg that Lumi would gain from fully making use of Sanhua's outro so, IMO, it's better to just use the outro buff for only a few quick hits and then continue with the quick-swaps instead so I can build Forte and Concerto on Rover rather than let her waste away on the sidelines. The main thing is to not get so caught up in making full use of the buff that you end up losing out on DPS because you decided to continue using a weaker part of the buffed character's kit over using your other characters when the strongest part of their kit is available. Anyway, these weekly challenges are fun and gives me something to do in Wuwa other than just dailies/weeklies and I always look forward to doing them so thanks for hosting these. :D
I've been asking for a guide on canceling techniques for weeks/months. Text Guides say "Cancel this by dodging" or "Swap-cancel". But no one says "WHEN". At what point during the animation? And people do it either too early and the canceleable skill doesn't trigger at all, or too late and there's no point in cancelling. WHAT is cancelable? WHEN should it be canceled while still activating?
"we don't get good live service games" maybe... but did you know that the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV has a free trial, and includes the entirety of A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, AND the nomination-winning Stormblood expansion up to level 70 with no restrictions on playtime? Sign up, and enjoy Eorzea today! I'm sorry, I have to
This is the kinda stuff we need in the wuwa community. Loved watching, thanks for putting this together.
Thank for holding the event ! tbh Your challenge is only thing that keep me motivated in this dry 1.4 patch
