I'm a chef and the most expensive equipment I would recommend is a stand mixer, a food processor, a crock pot, and a good knife. Dutch ovens are a good investment too, if you're handy enough in the kitchen to use one.
I just use my dutch oven as a slow cooker....'cause, technically, isn't that how it all started, anyway? That way, no need for another thing to take space on your counter. Of course, if you don't have an oven, that's a different story.
Don't forget the Instant Pot! Plenty of well-regarded places have several of them quietly tucked away in the kitchen, which is wise given that they're not rated for commercial use.
That pasta maker is actually really good. I don't have time to f'in kneed, roll and cut. I just dump all the ingredients in and wait till it starts extruding and cut to length. Works like a charm.
I'm anywhere Matty is and this new friendship with Blanco is the best. I watched them together for the first time 2 days ago on a crazy cooking show and I thought it was the best. it was first time I seen them together anyway. it had Mia Khalifa in it also. I want these 2 doing many more shows and anything else they wanna do. I have known Matty for a while but I don't know benny. he has made a new fan though. I love this!!!!!!!!
