Instagram - AdamTheWooATW Check out Sean’s Channel at TH-cam.com/Malfuncsean . Preplanned all this out in great detail to make it all happen in one day . Happy to say every single location was covered and visited and content with the end result . These type of videos aren’t possible on a constant basis due to amount of times studying each scene and preplanning, printing screen shots , mapping out , etc but dang I love putting them together ! Super passionate about these !
Thanks for putting this together Adam, I'm sure it was no small task. I love the Rob Zombie versions of the Halloween movies. Very informative and entertaining. Thanks again!
Well done loved it one movie I've never seen any filming locations of is a nightmare on elm Street part 2 Freddy's revenge love to see you do that one Adam all the best
To THe WOO - This is why I've been following your channel for nearly 5 years now. I'm guessing that many of your viewers don't quite realize just what is required to produce material like you do. The amount of time, work, and energy you put into these videos is proof that you're driven by passion. *BTW - I've Never Made A Video Before*
True man lol, i really think rob zombie did an amazing job, always loved his movies but this halloween 2007 movie of his was the scariest micheal myer i've seen. The mask was also 10/10, he should've made more imo
I can watch you and Sean investigate “a rock in the front lawn “ for hours. You two compliment one another so well I can’t stop watching. It’s like, what the heck are these guys up to? Thank you Sir! For another great video.
I went to "The people under the stairs" location last year, the house looks exactly the way it did 30 years ago, i had no idea they filmed Halloween in the same area!
I'm not big on remakes but I liked this one. It helps that it wasn't word for word but meant to stand as it's own project. I also liked People Under the Stairs so that was a bonus. And you so should have let him say hi to the families. LMAO.
You can tell how much time and work you put into covering the film’s locations. Appreciate all your hard work and due diligence you put into this. All the behind the scenes and the front of the camera scenes are great. Thank you for all your hard work in sharing all those great locations. God bless
I've never really seen any of the Halloween movies but I gotta say I love how you always show pictures to go along with the places of filming you dont see people do that vey often. I think these videos of yours is what I enjoy most Adam
One of my fav music artist to not everyone's cupa tea but I like his music and movies... And autumn has started those leaves becoming gold we have pollen everywhere around in NZ and leaves starting to show
Fascinating video adam. Hated the remake when it came out but have had a change of heart since. I actually quite enjoy it now and feel somewhat nostalgic towards those days when the movie came out lol. Thanks for the time and effort to bring us this.
I've done a few Halloween locations on my channel as well. I loved finding the HEDGE where Michael Myers peeks around while Laurie is walking with her friend. Good stuff!
I love all this stuff Adam absoutley love it. Filming locations are my fav thing. It's a shame I live in the UK so far away otherwise I'd be doing this stuff everyday. Keep the locations coming it's the best thing you do for sure. Good to see Sean with you also. Well done boys
Great video! Thanks for helping me remember some of my HS scares! They must have reaired the original before Halloween II came out in 1981 because that's when I entered HS and I remember seeing 2 & 3 right away! These movies creeped me out so much I never watched any other series!
These are the types i love the most. & i love how you and sean did a video together, you two are the kings of filming locations 👍👍 I can tell these types of videos do take some time .. All i want to say is thank you adam & hope to see more in the future 😎
ok, I had to jump back on here because I had to mention you guys had me rollin' every time you guys put the mask on to interact with Michael Myers, that was awesome comic relief! and again, awesome sleuthing man (pinpointing exact angles of the rocks on the stonewall, the cut branch, the grave shot of haig, everything!)... bang up job!
what?! the iconic myers home is used only for filming?! that is a fascinating piece of info, to me anyways, lol. I really enjoy these on location vids with all its backstories and present day comparisons, they're soooo interesting and fun to watch, I'm like glued with a stupid grin on my face the whole time watching.. of course this wouldn't be possible if not for all the time and effort you put into it... thanks Adam!
LOVED this video Adam!!! So many cool things I just learned. Halloween was my moms favorite movie and Michael was her favorite scared. I just know she would’ve loved learning about all this stuff. Thank you again for your content.
What was surprisingly interesting was how the angles look so different when using cinema lenses. Especially the cemetery scene where you could see the Otis and Chandler stones in the same frame but they were really far apart and with the car even further. Amazing composition.
Take Note of the Old School 1989 technique of actually printing something out and having it in hand for quick reference... well done Adam the Woo... thats another reason why you don't miss anything... all in the details...
Thanks woo, after seeing you did other Halloween filming locations, I hoped you did this one, made my day. My all time favorite soundtrack on this movie, waxwork's vinyl of it is toooooo sick
Best thing about Rob zombies Halloween is it doesn't take anything away from the franchise but add a bit of insight to the character from a different perspective so it's still good as part of the Halloween films
Awesome! I think the first house was used in one or two other movies as well. The People Under the Stairs is an underrated horror flick that I get a kick out of... Can’t take them too seriously haha. Glad to see you doing more filming locations videos!
So great to see you back at it again, nobody does location hunting quite like you do. I don't know too many who would actually trek across the country to search for locations like you did for 'National Lampoon's Vacation', that's dedication dude. 👍😎
Hi Adam awesome and interesting vlog of the scary horror films from Rob Zombie and filming locations of 2007 Halloween. Stay well and safe 👍🏻👻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great video Adam huge fan of your location vids you show a lot of places that others don't thank you for the extra effort you go to for people like me in the UK who will never get to see these for myself cheers Davey 👍🤘🍻
Glad you came back to South Pas, lived there most of my life. IIRC, I drove by the Halloween house on Glendon when they were filming it back in 2007, and they happened to be filming outside when I drove by, and had to cut my engine off for the take since my exhaust pipe was broke at the time. But yeah, I did drive by there on Friday and it looks like it got boarded up, so IDK what is going on. I still drive and park on that street since the Metro station is right there. Adam should consider living in the 91030, because there's so much nostalgia in the city (especially BTTF and other 80s stuff). It probably costs as much as Hollywood to live though. The house my friend use to live in was right behind where they filmed Beethoven; one of the co-stars of BT lived in the city as well, and went to the same high school. There were a decent amount of celebs that live in the city as well.
Great work Adam, I appreciate you guys doing this for us, I went to the filming locations a few years back but it's great to see things from a different perspective and you actually went to some locations I didn't know about, thanks again 👍
I knew a lot of that movie was filmed in town but it’s crazy how I’ve driven past MANY of these spots without ever knowing they were in movies I’ve watched lol. One thing I always thought was nice was how Rob Zombie filmed a lot of the movie in Pasadena just like the original.
Great vlog Adam I must say it was an amazing learning experience and I didn’t see this particular Halloween 🎃 movie but you taught me so much and it was great with all the notes or should I say photos you gathered and clipped to your trusty clip board to see how the scene and area of each filming location were back in 2007 compared to how they look now and I was truly amazed that you put your heart and soul to document this also all the driving you did to make this happen now I want to watch the move and when I do all that you talked about will all make sense and I will have you to thank so Adam thanks for another learning experience and with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure also please be safe out there
a 47 minute Adam the Woo episode about my favorite horror film series...eh...grading these projects can wait. I know these scouting videos take a TON of time and research, but they are so good!
These are great video's Adam it seems to have been quite a while since you done one. Is this going to become a regular theme again ? You knowledge of these places is really in depth and really keeps viewers interested. Maybe you could do a poll (list in the comments below i guess ) on the next location i am sure you could come up with a list of 3 - 5 for people to choose from.
Awesome video Adam! Rob Zombie did a great job on both of the Halloween films! Halloween 2 had more of his crazy imagination put into the film! The actors are played their parts perfectly!
Super cool review, I loved the fact that the minute you were in the zoo parking lot, it was clear you were where the 'bully scene' was filmed. Very cool. Thanks for sharing this. Take care.
