- Three years following the events of Dr. Romantic, Kim Sa-bu (Han Suk-kyu) comes to Geosan University Hospital to recruit a general surgeon. He finds Seo Woo-jin (Ahn Hyo-seop), a doctor with a troubled past who is ostracized by his fellow doctors, and offers him the job.
In the meantime, Cha Eun-jae (Lee Sung-kyung) is suspended after making another mistake in the operation room and has no other choice but to follow the two doctors to Doldam Hospital.

I liked the second season of Dr. romantic. with new staff and old approach. But i would really wish that season 1 and season 2 all characters came together and i want to see them working all together. Both seasons of this drama are amazing I loved it. It really made me think about how to conduct with patients; as they came before doctors to save their lives whatever they have done or whatever their profession may be. I personally like the way 'Dr. Kim' treated his patient. And I wish to see what all of the people of 'oddball project' will do. Thank you for reading.

As a retired nurse covering many fields, all I can say is... This series 1 and 2 are absolutely brilliant. I love every minute of it. I can't wait for S3 with all the original cast to be back. So please please Producers of this series hurry up and get the next series out there. To the Admin that covered the Eng Subs, we'll done, no Messing about, cutting scenes and then mixing them about. Made watching both series very enjoyable. THANK YOU.

👌🏻what I really loved the most was the fact that all the doctors at doldam hospital had each others backs no matter the circumstances and made each other feel right at 🏡. That's something that you don't get easily even in real life. From saving the patients lives to how they supported Dr kim despite him being stubborn

I've rewatced S1 and S2 back to back a gazillion times and feel bad whenever it ends. S3 will be a great hit, imagine all oddballs getting together and the fusion will be EPIC! Can't wait.

There is definitely enough material for a third season. Building the trauma centre, Nurse Tak and Dr Areum, plus pretty sure there were hints of Dr Nam and the head nurse. If they brought back the characters from the first series and kept the cast of the second series which they have left room in the story for them to do they could find a love interest for Dr Bone or something like that, in keeping with the romance theme..
With Yang Ho jun the new villain in the making😂
Let’s hope so , if they bring up the hungry doctor from s1 and pair it up with dr in boem it would be perfect 😭😭😭.

All the people in this drama from the Season 1 to Season 2 acted so well. The doctors, the nurses, the hospital, every patient and each and every person who appeared in this drama was awesome 😍😍😍. Finally, Teacher Kim can build the Trauma Center. I would say he was the best actor for this role. Not even for a moment it looked like acting at all. Even the operating scenes were so real that you wouldn't feel that it's just a drama.
I feel Lucky that I choosed to watch this drama. It's really inspiring. I just love Doldam Family 😘😘😘. All of them are Unique and amazing people with their own Scars trying to save people and perform their duty well❤.
Lastly I want to add that I am going to watch the Season 3 now. And I am sure that I will want even Season 4 after that too. I just don't want this drama to end ever ❤❤❤.

TBH there was not much romantic scene between doc.Seo and Doc. Cha I wished they had more eps together. Maybe because season 1 there were more eps so THIS SEASON I felt like wanting more.

There's lessons in this drama. I really do hope there's season 3 because I am learning so much and I am encourage but this doctor's in motivations of hard works. Never give up. Love what you do for the right reasons. As a Christian myself, I get discourage at times I don't study medic but I am a student. And I know for sure God had a lot to do with me watching this drama. I promise I would would only watch movies on week ends but this is also helping me focusing on my homework at times. I really do appreciated it.
