Set up and follow a routine to live a healthy lifestyle physically, emotionally, and spiritually. To avoid doing just what you feel like.
    Biblical part:
33:22 How do you deal with your anger in a healthy way?

Thank you for being transparent in your teaching and bringing Jesus into the best teaching I have heard. Jesus gives us freedom and peace.
You have found what you were made for, thank you for responding to your creators calling. These messages build humanity and hope.

Is there a workbook or book with this information? The online courses are too expensive for me.

Not sure, but I just watch the zillion free videos on TH-cam and that’s a good, cheap option. Best of luck.

They do.a version of the Online Lift program that's a self study course, that could be cheaper?
It's too expensive for me too at the moment but living in this dysfunction is why I'm poor in the first place 😅
I'm reassessing my budgets and outgoings, reprioritizing what im spending money on so I can save up for it.
I really do need to change and its too important to avoid now.
Nothing I could spend money on in the short term is worth this unhappiness.
Hope you get there friend 💗

@@nevadatan7323 Thanks, I get what you mean. Finances can be tough to sort out. I hope you manage well and yeah wish it was cheaper and hope the course is worth it. I'll be considering it too down the road but a workbook would help us that can't afford the course.

No matter how much you are conscious about that nothing good can come out of comparing yourself with others is that everyone does it too. It's subconscious in most people. You need to stop to notice what you are doing is unfair and unrealistic because everyone has a different background and experiences, genetics, and so on.
Anyway, comparison is always terrible but our societies are based on competition. Lots of attention is needed to not compare others or yourself with others.
