I really appreciated how A1's mom reacted. She seemed really genuinely happy for the two of them. Yes, she was surprised, but she didn't behave like a spoiled brat in the same way Lyrica's mother did. She always makes everything about her! I can't stand it. "What about how I feel? What about me?" sounding like Effie. Girl hush, your daughter is a grown woman who pays her own bills, lives in her own home, and provides for herself. Heaven forbid a grown as woman making a decision on her own!

they might have planned her dream wedding before she ever even met A1. That bond and history they shared was severed ties by the assumed betrayal her mom feels. Her mom would have taken bit better if she was there legal witness as they eloped.
by them doing it the way they did, she feels she lost her only child- instead of gaining a son. She loves their union:::: she just won't be on the same page as Pam ever.
