It is from the PotO movie that came out a couple of years ago. I agree, the voices could be alot better but at the time it was the only version I had, and the film was rather enjoyable. :)

**SPOILERS**
Sasuke attacks Orochimaru before leaving the Sound Village, causing Orochimaru to turn into his real form (Thousands of White Snakes), but to no avail, Sasuke kills him. Kabuto then absorbs Orochimaru's remaining body, and it is unknown whether he will live on through Kabuto or not yet, Kabuto doesn't seem to want him to.
