The evaporation rate of the Dead Sea has always exceeded the inflow rate. This doesn't really change much. It just makes the Dead Sea dry up a little faster

Because of the huge production of filtered water, big companies pump out too much water, drying up water resvoirs before they can refill, and leaving plant lives and bio dead and dried up. So everytime you buy a bottle of water, you are also most likely ruining some ecosystem around the world. This has repeatedly happened around North America and Africa where huge companies like Nescafe have pumped out an entire water resvoir, and they keep doing it, because its cheap, including getting water rights to pump and buying out towns with their promises to help the community for then to leave them after they have taken all their water. This is actually a huge problem :(
