    Hi, im 49 and had a very hard time losing weight after quiting smoking. This workout is awesome and has helped me out big time. I lost 16 lbs so far. thanks again

    Looks like I got my second workout set for fat for over 40. I started 2 months ago using another workout from Blue Start. I saw a 5.% body fat loss. I combined that workout with a full body program from Braden Foken a month ago when I got my Blade supply. With both program and a changed diet, I can see the result very clearly.
    Here are my numbers:
    On Feb 9 , 2019
    Weigth: 338.6lbs
    Lean Muscle :133.4lbs
    % Body fat: 31.5
    On April 14, 2019
    Weigth: 334.5 lbs
    Lean Muscle Mass: 143.8lbs
    % Body fat: 25.8%
    I go to Total Nutrition in Killeen TX to do the In body test to track my progress.
    I am looking to reach 15% of body to see those abs showing. It looks like with your products like Blade and targeted workout , I am gonna get there. Keep posting video to help us achieve our goals. Mines are lose body fat, build muscle and have a healthy weigth. I am 6ft7

      I went dory second trial to "kill myself😂". This time I push myself to failure with burpees. That thing looks so easy and yet gets me out of breath quickly. However, I did until I could and took a 5 to 10 s max to breath and try again till failure or when the timer goes off. My completion time was 35 min. Question: what is it with burpees that you includes them in most of your fat loss workouts? I know it gets me out if breath. What else does it do to the body and the fat? Thanks.

    I absolutely love your workouts and they make me sweat like I never did before but I was wondering if these kind of workouts build muscles as well?

      Definitely. As long as you're improving in your strength or weights lifted over time to achieve progressive overload you will be able to build muscle as well with these workouts 💪💪

    In a real gym in a real world imagine trying to hold all this gear and space for a personal circuit. Would never happen.

      If you're in a crowded gym, you can the workout in 3 supersets to make it easier to manage equipment-wise 👍

      True. Mine is also crowded but I chose to go in low demand time like 945 pm. Then I set my area to complete my circuit.

    Great video but one major thing you're leaving out that most men won't admit that changes everything is that you are either on steroids or TRT, Don't get me wrong I'm not hating but an average male in their forties won't look like that without doing the one thing you left out which is 90% of it.

      Making false claims out of your pre-existing limiting beliefs and presumptions doesn't make them real. David Morin has been working out, eating and supplementing properly for the past 17 years... He has put in the man hours to get the results through good old fashioned hard work and fine-tuning to improve results as he gained experience. Don't knock a man's hard work or make up excuses for his results if you're not willing to put in the same effort and dedication for yourself 💪💪

    how can a fat person box jump or burpies ... what u r doing is for already trained athletes. make a video for real fat people who actually facing a challenge performing exercise ...

      If anyone has difficulty performing the exercises, they can do what they can and modify when needed, if you're unable to do a box jump do a step up, if unable to do a jumping burpee, do a burpee stepping into the positions. This is simply meant to serve as the inspiration and example of what to strive for, but it's all about starting where you're at, doing your best, and making consistent progress towards your goals and ultimate body
