Will It Run??? 1982 Toyota Crown

Picked up an unregistered old school Toyota crown, and began work to see if the car would run after sitting for 7 years.

I got the same Crown. Could you take a photo from the back of the headlights please? I bought second hand headlights anda they didnt come with the bulb retaining clips. Have no idea how they look like

Fun fact, back Saddam Hussein gave all his high ranking officers the 82 model as gifts. My cousin then got a navy blue one. Whether true or not, some Iraqis believed the AC to be suprior to the later models. So some of them got 84-91 models eventually and sought out 82's just to get the AC stripped for their brand new cars. It was crazy.
