Hi Rita, thanks for creating this video. I actually love sounds better than music, because I get eventually tired of listening to the same song over and over but thats not the case with background noise. I do actually also love to hear the affirmations sometimes during the day. When I get tired of it I just turn the volume down so much that I can't hear them properly anymore or put some music over it. If you feel called to do one of those I d love that even more! Then we can also repeat the affirmations alongside the audio when we feel like it. 🤩

It makes no sense why you'd have a sleep aublimimal audio with adds all throughout and every 2 or 3 minutes. We are litterally having these crazy adds bombarded into our minds. Either that or being woken up every couple of minute's. When something is made for SLEEP, it should be calm and relaxing, not infested with adverts. That's a shame because ill have to stop listening to them. Ive never seen a creator doing sleep subliminals or meditations with adds riddled through them.
@@samanthareilly6968 exactly. its probably a way to force those paid subscriptions. every time someone complaints about ads theres a smartypants that has to tell you thats the “solution” 😂. it is not. there are so many channels available. there are choices. i like to play videos of my fav youtubers and play the ads to sponsor the channel. but thats acceptable as long as i can receive a benefit too. its an exchange. but if the video cant be played, bc of ads, its def time to move on. if it hadnt been because i had to find a new subs channel bc the subs in this one is mostly ads i would have never come across the absolute best subs ever. so im grateful for that

And it's perfect because you have no ads !! I hope it's avalaible in your country (i'm French) but anyway, ads block is a solution 😄
As we can see in first seconds, it is too sped up (you can still get results if you believe it but it doesn't saturate subconscious because no word can be understood.) Many subliminal channel make this mistake which is why i only follow a few people. It would be better for you Rita if you make audio clear and understandable, it can still be fast and you can layer affirmations to reduce the time but for full effectiveness you might want to slow down the speech untill it's understandable. Just a tip, i'm not trying to be rude ❤

Hahaha...so..you don't know well this stuff. Subs should be rigorously FAST so they will not be understood by CONSCIOUS MIND but only by SUBCONSCIOUS. You may want to search for meditation stuff if you like to get the words.😆

im sure rita wont read this or reply. ive never had a reply on any of my comments. but i still have to say this. its so unfair your subs can only be used by users who pay for yt. i used to be able to use your subs but suddenly theyre just bombarded with ads. they literally come up every 3 minutes! ive never had that happen before on any other channel. i just cant sleep like that. ads are not “calm”. they wake you up! other channels place the ads in the beginning or end. so ive had to stop playing these subs and use the ones from channels that take into consideration no one wants to not be able to sleep or to have ads drilled into our subconscious. its a shame yt ruined your hard work and is causing people to stop playing the subs. so disappointed bc i like this channel.
