Really Loved Your Video I m a marketing girl and I do field work as well and my daily usage is almost 40 km around i think electronic scooter is more good for me than Petrol when it's comes to the petroleum price .

Areyy the best plus point for electric scooter is when we are waiting at the signal to turn green then you're vehicle wont run out of battery and also you can throttle in seconds, but for petrol heads they dont kill engine and waste petrol and keeps on waiting

If you compare the new BS6 scooters, they are all above 90k in Bangalore, Ather is 1.15k. Also, the new 450X is expected to give around 95KM of range. There, you have it.

Electric scooter will be the best if we have battery station at every corner where we just simply replace the battery with the full charge one. Just like we replace gas cylinder when the the gas is finished.. doing so, owner won't need to wait for hours to charge the battery

3. Fir yah dekho jo electric scooter ki jyada cost pay ki h vo kab puri hogi. Tab pta lagega konsi behtar h.
Mere hisab se itni mehnat koi nahi karta bus charging cost vs petrol cost comparison bta dete h jo ki useless h.

The disadvantages of electric scooters pointed out in this video are so true. However, these can be eliminated soon with better battery packs and motor. I guess if they do away with portable battery, they can have higher capacity battery by using the floor like upto 5-6 kWh. And that will kill any ICE in acceleration and top speed.

Petrol pumps are easily available & many operate 24/7. & Refilling time is a few seconds.
Do a proper comparison atleast with Ather 450 or the all new Chetak

If u have battery r other service problems they will talk as per rules such as warranty n make u pay pay pay to use scooter further...
They will talk all promises from sea to sky but after sales when comes to service you will not get a single tea... get to know n read official conditions b4 u buy e vechiles.... Present Battery cost is very very high n govt should reduced with taxes or if govt is serious in pollution then should be ZERO taxes on battery .

All electric scooter manufacturers should meet and decide on the design of their batteries and come with a common model. This will help keeping alive the idea of battery swapping stations in petrol stations. Also, any development in the battery technology like lithium/ carbon or double carbon battery / aluminium -air battery, the manufacturers will not have to worry about the new clientele. Their battery can be used in all the existing electric scooters. Experts, please comment.

Very nicely done and presented. Both anchors appear real and raise most people's issues. In city conditions, mostly stop and go conditions the mileage increases and small sprints would be taken care of easily. Electric scooters are the way to go, if you put your savings from not using petrol in a different account, which can be used while replacing the battery.
One point you missed is: in Lithium-Ion-Phosphate batteries, one can easily replace worn out cells obviating the need for complete battery replacement. So choose your scooter wisely, look close enough on which battery it runs on.

yar electric vehicle sabse badhiya local usage ke liye hai. 100km range ka daily usage ke liye hi lena. If its lithium battery, dont worry for 6 yr. If its Lifepo4, dont worry for 9-10yrs.

Using small wheels scooter for long ride is not a good idea. Because small wheels cannot give you a good ride quality, so scooters are only for city purpose, so in cities like Bangalore its better to use electric insted of dying in hospital after becoming bankrupt.

Usual commute distances daily won't cross that limit. I know many who own electric bikes for travel.
At home they put the bike on charge just like a mobile. And if they are planning some detour on the way back from work, they just bring the battery to office and set it to charge.

If you look into it properly with a cradle to grave approach that's not true, (Electricity production in India is majorly from coal which is not as efficient as petrol so its not like using electricity doesn't produce CO2. Also the used battery is also an issue to the environment. So if you do a proper life cycle assessment of things both are equally environmentally degrading probably petrol scooter is a bit less.) saying electric scooter is environment friendly is wrong it might be city friendly as the carbon production is far from the city.
Everyone is talking about using electricity generated from coal but the electricity it takes to charge the scooter is low and there are no green house gases emitted .so obviously electric scooter is very much environment friendly
