This show introduced me to the genius of Matt Berry, which lead me to "Toast of London", to re-discover "Garth Marenghi's Darkplace", "What We Do in the Shadows" etc.
This was the first show I ever saw Matt Berry in, and I'm so thrilled he's gone on to so much more success! Seeing him crop up unexpectedly in _Fallout_ made my day, and absolutely, he's brilliant in _What We Do In The Shadows_
Lol, My sister gifted me a t-shirt with a cartoon rendition of his face and "STEVEN TOAST - HIGH WINDS ACTOR" under it. I love it, and wear it knowing probably (optimistically) 1/1,000,000,000 people will understand the reference.
This is one of my favorite episodes. Just joke after joke hitting with the force of a battering ram: Denholm just casually walking to the window, opening it and hopping out and the totally blank reaction from everyone at the conference. Moss's long stares at Roy, going back to typing, then staring at him again and Roy realizing. Roy:"YOU LOOKED! You KNOW! You know when I'm gonna die!" Moss:"I do, yes." Roy:"I TOLD YOU NOT TO LOOK!" Moss:"I made a MISTAKE..." Jen:"You look terrible! Are you ill?" Roy:"....I don't know!" Moss:"DEAD MAN WALKING!" Priest:"DEEAAATTTHHHH....is coming...." XD!!! Renholm:"FA-THHHHEEEEEEEERRRR!" Lol, him running down the aisle, knocking over the coffin, then getting into a slap fight with the priest, XD!!! "Move on..." and Moss giving the pen to Denholm's wife.
You won't be disappointed. There are 2 episodes that push the last episode very hard for best in show ... though next one is probably one of the weakest left ... but will still have you laughing. After Jay's dad from Inbetweeners in last episode, did you get the two Inbetweeners actors in this one?
Good morning Megan, how are you? 🤔 I hope your arm gets better soon! 🙏 I love ❤️ your reactions towards one of my favourite British TV 📺 shows, IT Crowd, here! Have a beautiful weekend!
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace is a seriously underrated sitcom which stars both Matt Berry and Richard Ayoade. It is intentionally very badly made on every level.

The 'move on' joke is underappreciated.
..........move on
"FATHERRRRRRRRRRR!"
And the world was never the same
i do this far too often... still
Unhand me priest!
The way Moss says "oh yes, and Denholms dead" 😂
While the outting episode is everyone's favourite. The rest of the show is still just as funny.

Matt Berry is a comedy genius. He's also great in Toast of London.
"Hello Steven, can you hear me?"
"yes I can fucking hear you Clem Fandango".
Also: Garth Merengi's Dark Place, Fallout, Disenchanted, Krapopolis...
Also Matt Berry is a great musician and producer.
Don't forget Jackie Daytona in what we do in the shadows @@dupersuper1938

“I’ve never seen a grandfather clock in church before.”
What we do in the shadows is hilarious.
Great show, amazing cast. Love Natasia Demetriou, so under-rated.
Matt Berry is Douglas' actor. So iconic.
Slapping match with the priest..Find that funny every time
It's hilarious! 😂
This is one of the best shows ever created.
Love Matt Berry - in Toast of London esp.
My favorite episode, hands down

It's not my favourite episode, and all the episodes are great, so don't worry about that.
