Thank you very much for having archived this enlightening and provocative conversation. I'm enjoying this very much. Watching this episode and listening to the language involved, anyone (me included) would have thought that this conversation was posted a day or year ago. Even though it has been nearly thirty years since this episode aired, part of me feels sad that homophobia is still rampant in the Black church, let alone community. And yet glad that we're still addressing it, hoping that it would lead to productive change. #muchappreciated
30 years later and still no meaningful change, fuck you for groveling! Homophobia should be bad no matter who is doing or promoting it and 30 years later they still get a pass for it.
@@KendraEstherHamilton I disagree with just about everything they're saying. not the Church or any religion, no Statesman or anyone, can change the Word of the Bible. They're saying ignore what THE MOST HIGH Commanded us to do and listen to them. That is not being phobic about anything.
@@KendraEstherHamilton I agree except it's not phobic it's disagreement. This is a one sided discussion. GOD changes not. So they're argument is not with people it's with HIM. But they have no authority to force anything on the rest of us.
