Watching your Zep tones helped me to decide putting a Stonk Box on my board yesterday & man straight out the box this fuzz properly impressed for those vibes. My daughter was laughing at how many times I said ''Unbelievable''.

One of my favourite tone bender parts is the little solo Jeff Beck plays in the middle of the Yardbirds song "I Can't Make Your Way", and to be honest it's kind of wasted on a song that is really nothing special, haha. I have the Germanium Fuzz myself and really enjoyed the Preamp I tried too, I don't think Benson make a bad pedal. Great video Matt! 🤘
That's a really nice and responsive sounding pedal. I tend to prefer amp overdrive and dialling in different tones with my guitar controls, but this sounds like the sort of pedal that would respond well to different volume and tone combinations. You should do more Bowie guitar vids! So much good stuff to cover. Thanks for all your videos 👍

LETS PLAY, try to make a video lesson about the top 10 riffs that STACKED a Tonebender fuzz with another type of overdrive or fuzz. David Gilmour would stack a Colorsound Power booster into a Rams head bigmuff with the drive turned down used as an EQ pedal. Dinosaur Jr stacks a tonebender fuzz into a Rams head bigmuff. Jimmy Page would stack the EP3 echoplex preamp first before then going to a tonebender fuzz. Frank Zappa would also use a tonebender fuzz stacked into a rams head bigmuff using the midmuff as a cocked wah EQ.

Germanium transistors* not diodes. There are no diodes in the MKI or MKII Benders(unless Benson added a polarity protection diode but that would be silicon). Either way, very cool demo! Nice hearing some different sounds from this fuzz that I hadn’t heard in other videos. Im thinking it might be my next fuzz purchase 🤞
Cool pedal; however, just to say, on Led Zeppelin II Jimmy Page didn't used tonebender, that fuzzy tone on Whole lotta love Page used the distortion built- in of the amp Vox UL7120
Nice always hard to find exact gear used so cheers for the info! With these demos I usually go by ear and if the pedal gets in the ball park of the tone then I’ll include those examples 😊🤘

This pedal is so good. Something that doesn’t come across in videos is the note bloom this pedal provides. It makes everything bigger but articulate

Haha awesome! My amp is a Morgan MVP66 so a cleanish pedal platform. Eq is always pretty flat tbh

I would recommend not palm muting the low E as much on communication breakdown to nail that sound. Killer sound on your videos. I enjoy them.

srry to be a dick but the chorus in moonage daydream is G Bm E.I see so many people play it with a D......some nice sounds out of that pedal.
