  • In the latest episode of South Asia Diary, strategic affairs expert, Sushant Sareen, delves into the implications of New Delhi-Kabul's diplomatic engagement, highlighting India's pragmatic approach towards the Taliban. The recent meeting between Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and Afghan Foreign Minister Mutaki comes in the background of escalating tensions between Pakistan and Taliban governments. This meeting has sparked significant controversy, particularly in Pakistan, which views it as a reaffirmation of the India-Taliban relationship-a narrative that has fueled various conspiracy theories in Islamabad. However, India's strategic approach is driven by security concerns and historical ties with Afghanistan. Watch the full video for details.

Look to Bangladesh to see what happens when India gets into your country. When Hasina was in power, Hindu school teachers used to rip out the hijab of young school children. Kashmiri children in government schools have to sing Hindu bhajans before school starts. Houses of Muslims in India are demolished if they speak out against the atrocities happening to them and poor/middle-class Muslims are lynched on the mere suspicion of them having beef. Mosques are not allowed to give the azaan in most of the country.

Nothing wrong with India, working independently from destructive Western influenced policies, to take a proactive diplomatic approach based on its interest... what others think of that beside the point❤

People from their book practice taquiya, did we not learn enough from turkey, maldives, kanglastan, wasting our taxpayers money that can be better spent making Bharat a better place. If we want to improve Afghanistan give scholarships to the women to come and study in Bharat.

I personally love Afghan people and believe that India should help in rebuilding of Afghanistan. The only issue is that please allow women education. Taliban can open all women schools and colleges with teacher and management all women. I don't think any interpretation of Islam prohibit education to girls.
