As long as you go to the salon consistently and do what your stylist tells you to do in between it will! Even people who are natural brunettes and go blonde can keep their hair healthy if they take care of it.

My niece is a natural redhead, and in high school she unfortunately got lot of bs for it. She hated her red hair and took a while to convince her parents to dye it, but was able to eventually dye it. As she hit her 20's, she went back to red because she finally embraced and loves her red hair.
I have naturally red hair and my hair looked exactly like yours when I was younger but now I have natural highlights and strands of blonde hairs. Having such amazing hair definitely does feel great

As a teen with ginger hair it is hard sometimes because people will make hurtful and dumb comments about it like call "ice spice" at me in the corridors and "do gingers only see in shades of orange" I usually try to ignore it but it's hard and with stress of everything in my life this is just another thing to add to my life style These people don't know me personally and don't know I have been struggling with chrons disease for my whole like and it being flared up since March this year so I had to drive to another country to get help and I have lost SO much weight which was too much for my liking but I'm getting medication now to help THIS IS MAINLY FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW SOME BEHIND THE SENSES OF A GINGER GROWING UP.
