- Proceedings are underway at the centenary celebrations of the University of Fort Hare .In a short while, President Jacob Zuma is expected to address the celebrations. His Zimbabwean counterpart Robert Mugabe is also among the alumni guests attending.

we as the student of Fort Hare are hungry , yet they have the audacity of celebrating this so called centenary. Couldnt they give us what we want then celebrate knowing that students go to bed having something to eat . the alumnus act as if they never experienced what we are facing now, they busy swearing us.

I still find it hard to believe that the management proceeds with the so called "celebrations" mean while the students are hungry....and I dont see any student here...its only the constituents of the Nkonkobe region as well as its surroundings. #Come_MONDAY THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES....
