Thank you! Sound issues make the routine more difficult than other okito-box handlings. For instance, David Roth's approaches are more sound-friendly (if that makes any sense at all) than this one.
👍 more difficult but very cool 😁. Some times okito routine performers just remove the sound by editing the video , or replace it with a background music, it's ok but i prefer a routine with the real audio (for learning and performing purposes) so thank you.

鏡を見ながらゆっくりとした同じ動きを何度も何度も繰り返して、その動きが頭に体に染みついた後にすべての動きをまた何度も繰り返しています。
