Excellent analogy. Best to buy and hold the superior asset, Bitcoin, forever. Makes no sense to ever sell back to the inferior asset of fiat. Maybe sell Bitcoin later to buy a house to live in for family, or a buy a solid business, or to save a life only.
This 💯. I think taking lifestyle chips off the table is great because it allows one to not have as many debts or bills. Real wealth is having the freedom to do what you want to do and paying off that mortgage will allow more Sat stacking for the future.

I struggle with volatility I know that from stocks. What I do is DCA monthly and not worry about the price. Investments are for the long term 5 plus years at least people forget that. Having a fully funded emergency fund of 6 months also helps as the drops are not so panic inducing.

With the massive buying this year, the fiat price should be much higher. My only motivation is to keep my satoshis out of Blackrock's hands, and hopefully retire before my death.

Hi Rajat. Wasn't really guts buying into BTC years ago. As I've said, I was initially a gold guy. I remember saying to myself, I'll take BTC seriously when 1 BTC cost more than 1 oz of gold. I kick myself now...but still got in very early. When do you think these stupid 4 year cycles will end? There still way too many people in this market just for the fiat. Best wishes. Mark
