The Fact of why the gunner of the start can kill of one shot is cuz the gunner have a variant that is the same but kills zombies with one shot, is called "Human Tutorial Gunner" the only time that i saw is used on a level is on the first cutsene of Junkie Plague. Pretty useful for make it like a "Human Survivor Gunner" or make levels Harder.
Indeed, someone else told me this before but it is interesting that there is a variant! They are still pretty weaker and very susceptible to small groups of zoms!

Also, the gunners that one shot zombies are a different type of gunner called “tutorial gunner” they only appear in one level in the main campaign - the tutorial level with a single tutorial gunner, girl, and two zombies that die - and look identical to regular gunners

Here I thought it was just a weird thing with the game or something... Such as how the first human melee can either hit fast enough to kill crawlers or are always too slow resulting in crawlers winning against them.
@@adelex8314 Maybe one day... It has been MONTHS since I last worked on it. But I am making the level around all zombie types and only jump and scream. With lots of strong humans. Best to make a level challenging is to know what the players will be capable of!
@@adelex8314 Indeed! Best to make the players' think about their options! Granted, while brute force is a option... (besides several others). I am planning for parts where brute force isn't viable. Along with ADVANCED TANK USAGE. Which players would need to figure out to beat it! Some parts is a war of attrition, since you can't beat my level is there are too few zoms to use!
Yep, crawlers are close to the ground, so the clown's projectile goes right over them. Best to use a few zombies to try to take the clown out. Since he can one shot a whole horde!
