@@row7 Approximately 17 months. There's one scrapped cutscene and the spider transformation cutscene was going to be much longer but a quarter of it got cut by me (I plan to include it in a behind the scenes video). All spider cutscenes took 4-5 months to make, while the orbit intro and ivory mind obviously took less time. The spider transformation cutscene was rushed because it was finished THIS MORNING before release (I even needed Planta to help me animate it so it could be ready in time XD), so thats why it may look a bit scuffed. I will polish it in a few weeks and a smaller update will be made. Glad you liked the cutscenes!
That was a great video and great way the isle devs made that ending really lead into truth ending. The second part of orbit really shows how isle is the only part in this “world” great way to show that and mantis figuring it out after all these years really builds the world and makes the truth ending seem so much more meaningful finding.
The Isle Endings are all tied up to the truth in the end (duh) and I'm guessing the truth will have a 2nd part as to the orbit ending maybe we will probably fight the aliens on the real world so to speak, Maybe thats why there aren't others in the real world what Spider was talking about had already happened or is happening, due to this we will find others who also escaped the simulation and stop it from happening going towards this the real final ending will have to most likely be with the truth ending. Just a theory tbh
very sad that the game is comically hard and you can't find this realistically without a guide, just like the truth ending, majestic piece of work hidden under a rigged walking simulator

Converse with the dragon and request its power (not an escape) when prompted. It will give you a Strange Bell. Leave Ape City and activate the Strange Bell. The dragon will fly up and strike the Radio Tower Pylon with lightning, activating it. She will also temporarily attack the Mercs with lightning, but its efficacy is inconsistent; they are likely to not take too much damage. Proceed out of the caves and head to the Circle in the Jungle. Mantis's ship will have crashed there (60 seconds after all pylons are activated), leaving a large hole in the ground. Approach the ship to open it and speak with Mantis, obtaining the Mantis Remote. The parasites will now appear and head towards the Circle. Speak with Mantis again and ask what still needs to be done on the island. She will provide the locations of the Mercenaries and Parasites as long as they are still alive. Based on their respective locations, you can try to let the Mercenaries and Parasites fight (and the parasites will most likely win). Summon Mantis to kill the remaining Parasites. If the Mercenaries are too far away, focus on summoning Mantis to kill the Parasites (Use EVGs or Artifact C to locate them). While Mantis can kill the Parasites, she has great difficulty when dealing with the full group of Mercenaries and will most likely die. Avoid sending Mantis to fight the Mercenaries, unless there are only 1 or 2 left alive. Once the Parasites are dead, use their weapons (or other means) to kill the Mercenaries yourself. Once both the Parasites and Mercenaries are dead, pick up your previous Diving Gear and head to the Lair with Mantis for the second alien ship. Use the second alien ship to escape. and thats it, pretty easy to do without spoiling yourself
so many god cutscenes and the best fight in the whole game, and yet the ending feels so... underwhelming. It clearly marks the truth as the true ending and the orbit just part of the loop, but its a big shame that only the orbit got this kind of attention, maybe in Isle 11 they'll update the truth

Isle orbit 2: SPIDER space battle

Mantis is crazy
why they put more effort in Orbit II than rework the true finale? create more lore after we leave the bunker etc
A spider space battle is much cooler than a bunker ending in my opinion xD
Also orbit drops a crap ton of lore that I think is pretty cool.
Isle 11 should be a clean up of the isles terrain and poi’s and a revamped truth ending
Nah it should be a revamped truth ending to make it not shitty. Also make it harder bc frankly ots very easy
@ getting to it is easy but the agent fight is pretty hard and they’ll probably add more too it
so if Orbit can have an extended ending..
Who's to say THE TRUTH can't have one as well? Beyond what we know?
isle simulation gone really far
