Add Quests for CK that offer a new way of obtaining dark matter and maybe a weekly chromatic seal or something. Increase the amount of tier 1 resources in CK, make them cursed. You'll have content for a while with that alone. And most of the development is already there. We need more features for CK. It has really good potential.
Imagine solo queuing for CK island - at 40 people you get pulled in. Match lasts for 10 minutes. Depending on your score you get currency to spend at a shop on materials, doubloons, etc.

Not at all, seasonal realms is actually the first W they've had in awhile. It's no shocker that fresh start worlds are by far more popular than legacy. Providing new fresh start worlds every few months with fun twists to them is the way to go. It will create fresh content at a more consistent basis.

The bulk of the player base does not enjoy "fresh start" as much you think they do. Older Fresh Starts are being merged into Legacy because they are mostly empty.

The entire crafting system of new world was clearly built around gear breaking from the start. gear breaking is actually going to fix so many problems

how about implementing the solo queueing in OPR since there are lots of independent players out there?
You can’t split the queue but you can make opr harder for groups
