Yes without voter ID you can make a passport. And not having a voter id will not create any problem during interview. You have to have your Adhar card, pan card,10thand12th marksheets from renowned board and passport.
Dii didn't they checked teeth in medical test... actually dii my aim is also to be Airhostess but my front teeth is not so good and m afaird for that ..... .
