Squamish in the snow is a beautiful experience. Arctic outflow temps freeze the sea to sky landscape into a winter wonderland of ice climbing, river gorges, bald eagles roosting, and still snowy reflection. Thanks for watching!

Was -33° in Alberta over the Christmas holiday, and been consistently in the mid -20’s with windchills in the -30’s since, minus a high of 0° last Sunday. Been a battle to keep my ice caked bedroom window from completely freezing shut, had to leave it open a crack and use my skateboard to wedge it open on the coldest nights. Taking the bus has been brutal too. Can’t wait for this next week where we’ll finally be getting a decent chinook and the 4° days that it brings. Hopefully some of this snow will melt too, it’s been piling up in big drifts all over.

    Luke,
I’m moving to BC very soon, after spending half my life in NYC (🤢) and another half in a low-key Midwestern state. The endless cornfields, big skies and abandoned farmhouses are pretty in a rustic, humble way. But boy does it get old after some years. So you could imagine my excitement about moving over there soon! No more NYC “scenery” and no more Midwestern blandness! You bet I’m going to visit every single park and every single hidden gem I possibly can. I am absolutely stoked about moving to one of the most beautiful places on the planet, and your videos just make me even more pumped. Thanks for showing BC to those of us who aren’t there yet.

Luke comes from humble beginnings but has a great talent for art, photography, and film that needs to be recognized. Despite being a one-man show, his work stands toe-to-toe with the best production houses in this genre. If you enjoyed this visual treat, please kindly share this video for others to enjoy as well. You went out on the same day I did, I can tell by the warm light. Did you get ice bombs on the head lol. I tried going along Logger's Lane but was getting ice fall all the way and splashed from the cars. So decided to follow Mamquam and try to go on the dike... was hard to get anything. Wish I had a drone. Beautiful work Luke!!!! thanks for sharing.
