Weekly Vlog 23

Hello and welcome to the Twenty third weekly vlog! This weeks vlog we finally get some lovely weather so enjoy the sun at a pub garden, get gardening as finally get access to my balcony so i've started planting as well as going to the carboot with my mum, a temu haul, going to the dentist and printing off and putting together a load of sewing patterns!

I'm the same with my MH I pick my face too I tend to shut off for a couple of days to be kind to myself your not alone 🤗 x

That's nice to know I'm not alone with that! I'm due to paint my nails soon as I find that a good distraction and not harming myself or annoying anything I'm trying to heal by picking nail varnish off x

Aww thanks, it's getting there slowly I pushed myself a bit too far and set off a massive trigger but back to even ground now
