Lt. Rowdy has a foot condition in all four hoofs. We had to get some weight off of him. I am currently trying to safely put some weight back on him. It's been difficult but he's doing so much better. That's also the reason for his boots.
@@scooterbaby1 but sometimes when it comes to rowdy he kinda dose but continues I mean it’s not his fault too much cause he’s not like a dog that much so he might have his differences
