Solid video and information. As a current owner building a Jib on street #7 I can attest to both Cooter Ramsey and the CMSB team that my experience has been nothing but top notch. Building out of the country is different than in the US and construction management (Jen and team) have been critical in the process and I have complete trust and faith that they have my best interests at heart. They are wonderful to work with and I am now at roof and flooring stages. I highly recommend all the folks Will interviews in this video including architect, builder and constructions management. The best!

Amazing team! Great to see some actual facts and pros/cons here vs Facebook venting - the best info always comes with great context. I'm building my home in MBV designed by Cooter & shout out to CMSB for making the process as seamless as the North American standard we're used to.

Great video. Will, do you think with the new company opening in SP that will be producing concrete blocks made in SP that the cost for concrete blocks will go down? or will it simply make the delivery quicker? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Construction Management/Ownere's Rep here in the DC area, construction prices are continuously rising for NO reason but greed.
Seems to be the way it go's. More demand for materials = Material prices going up. If suppliers can sell them for more they will. Hopefully things will cool down a bit.
@@WillMitchellBelize I'm not sure there is an increase in demand but more so companies trying to regain profits lost two years ago. Bc if the price has increased than I should expect better quality workmanship and materials. That definitely doesn't happen across projects.
