He's a lottery level talent. Great size, advanced handles, a plus wingspan, and a pack of offensive tricks to his bag. He needs to focus on adding muscles and working on explosiveness and he'll be elite. Going to be exciting following his development in Ulm before he entering 2025 draft.
I guess you got familiarized with him only in this championship , explosiveness is not an issue for him. he does need to gaim some muscle but not 100% sure, it may affect his craftiness , currently he is also an elite defender and a very surprizing blocker , and he is much stronget than he looks. he gets beaten alot without getting enough respect from the refs comparing to other elite guards like Gonzalez from spain , I hope it is not due to politics.
@@SHLOMIYAN Why he didn't put up 20+ ppg and more than 5 assists in the Israeli League? I'm not asking it to knock him down, just curios if he's the elite talent you and I think he is, what held him last season to put these numbers?
@@guyben1657 Did any 17 years old player average 20 and 5 in any good professional league? Even Luka didn't (ok, he played in ACB which for sure much stronger than Israeli league but still...) ?
@@arusinov But Luka has played in a top EuroLeague team, we can't compare it to playing in a mid level (roster wise, not standing wise) Israeli League team. Don't get me wrong, Saraf is an amazing talent, and I have him top 5 pick if he impresses in Ulm this season, I have only one question mark and it's whether he's a tier 1 prospect that can already be elite against adults, or he's more of tier 2 or 3 prospect that can be good but not elite against adults yet (which means, a lottery talent, but not a top 5 pick).
@@guyben1657 Luka is greatest basketball prodigy in history. Yes. Sure. ACB is much better league but the point is: even greatest young player in that sports' history averaged 8 ppg on ok-ish 44/33/81 split at 17 years old. He would lead Real to titles next year. And Wemby averaged 22 ppg at 18 yo but only 8.5 ppg with bad efficiency as 17 yo. I mean even probable generational talents aren't high volume or efficient scorers as 17 yo in professional league. And I think Saraf is to be considered lottery pick, maybe top-5 - not even top pick of specific year draft. P.s. actually Israeli league is not much worse than French or German leagues
Not really, he is a Powerfull offensive force, He is very very hungry for points but he is also a very good passer. Deni was always an all around player who didnt axcell in a single factor , Ben is a super top level very blunt scorer. Ben is a very good defender as well, but his dominance on offensing. mostly on gaining points makes him different. plus Deni is a forward , Ben is Combo gourd.

That’s how young Manu used to play. Let’s go 🇮🇱🇮🇱
Congrats! ❤🎉
Hope to see him make a leap next season and start showing up on some mock draft boards!
He droped another 40 pts vs serbia two days after
0:18 the aspect 🥶🥶🥶
Star.
Nice game!
The Israeli Manu Ginobili
Future Spur!
He is 77, like Luka... 😂🎉
Look like Avdija a little bit.
Hope Spurs get him and let him learn from Barnes.

Avdija is 2 inches taller and much stronger, but Saraf is a much better scorer.

I really hope Avdija will be a Spur in the future.
Pop will love him to pair with Wemby & Vassell.
