You can apply in Group 1 and Appendix XA to be made before the application date ie. if you are applying on 27.09.2023 then the date on Appendix XA also must be on or before 27.09.2023. If you will be selected then it only to be submitted to Oil Marketing Company, now no need to upload it anywhere.
