This map is actually not that hard if you play without TAS. You can just lure all enemies into the central square by opening all 3 doors and just keep circling around the closed exit building making everything infight but not wake up the archviles/revenants in the room with all the pillars containing plasma ammo. At last kill the archviles behind the bars at the starting area and lure the cyberdemons into the area where all the revenants and archviles spawn and hide at the first level of one corner where the revenants use to be and enjoy how the cybers will kill all archviles and revenants by peeking out from time to time to make sure they will keep infight. This level is actually rather easy if you have a good strategy because it has tons of ammo and power ups compared to most chillax levels. I think only level 20 and 21 are really difficult but the rest is actually playable if you figure out the strategy and know where you want to have the dead enemies so archviles are away from the corpses and take them down easily most of the time because they will be all alone

He's using a "TAS". They are made to show what is mechinally possible. So rather than accusing someone of being a hacker, how about you do 3 seconds of research ay?

Good! Do you play from pistol start and without item respawn?
Yes. But ~10 maps in Chilax are realy impossible without TAS.
I'm planning on making a playthrough with all maps started with a Pistol start!

The amount of carnage in that cyber demons room is extreme. Can’t even see the floor.
at 09:00 minutes it looks like the monsters are a little bit angry at you and everything else and resulting in one of the biggest infighting ever :P

Is it just me or does the bfg in this video seem to take down the tankier enemies a lot faster than normal?
For a while there I thought the monsters were going to do more damage than you this map, but I think you caught up by the end.
