Someone needs to design an app that's like Instagram (video and photo sharing), but targeted for people 40+, so we're not constantly bombarded with teenage memes and reels that feel very immature for a 40 year old mindset. Why aren't the middle-aged demographic catered for? We're the people with the most money!
Because attention = money , over 40s don't spend most of their attention during work hours on Instagram, they are busy earning money in real life, but younger people have fewer responsibilities, more screen time = more attention towards ads which social apps mostly make money of.
Totally agree with that statement. 40+ are the people with most money BUT they do take more time considering their purchase whereas GenZ spend less but more. That’s why brands like Shein, PLT exist and thrive within this generation.
That would confirm what they fear, that they made a bad choice, and then they'd be supporting both the version users want and the version they're trying to make more money with.

Thanks, Adam, for letting me know that I might just as well delete my account and dump the app. My learned that my account and all the posting of my artwork on the app is now just a waste of time because I have zero interest in teenyboppers. My interest in the platform was based upon the back and forth visual conversation with artists around the world that took place and the opportunity for art lovers to join in that conversation. The last thing the art world needed was to be chaperoned, censored by algorithm, and defecated on by Marc Zuckerberg’s monstrosity as it desperately tries to be accepted into the kool kids click in high school.
I had to comment straight away from his dig at people making excuses over reach. My page grew to 30k in 9 months in 2017/18 and then overnight when from 10k views on stories down to 2k and 8k likes per 2 posts a day to 1800 shared. I was posting what my followers enjoyed and it changed and then steadily declined since. Now my page gets 400 likes on photos, 10k views on reels 500 story views and my followers complain that they have to search to find me yet I post at least 3 times a week now. The app was fun, not anymore and I've spoken at length with some who have 1million views on reels who are photographers who'd rather just share their photo rather than a silly reel they feel they have to do for the app.
Same here. I will often get comments from my followers exclaiming how they had no idea I have been active for months because I never show up in their feed. What’s the point of following anyone if they’re not showing your FOLLOWERS the content??? Like why follow at all?!
Same happened to me. Imagine having 248K followers but my photo only got 380 likes, even one commenter said “ how is this only get 372 likes? This need more likes!!!”😅
He said people spend more time in the DM's. Meanwhile all the DM's are flooded with messages from bots and fake accounts! "No, for the 10,000 time I don't want to be an ambassador for your jewelry brand." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
An example of a CEO who doesn't listen to his customers AND creators at all. What if IG was finally regulated so that kids under 16 can't use it? Seriously, isn't it a bit creepy and weird for adults and teens to comingle on these apps?
I’d like to know what he means by content creator. Is he talking influencers? Social media marketers? What about people who are just trying to market their business? I’m an artist and it’s exhausting trying to keep up. Also why do we have to target teens for everything? Again I’m an artist and teens aren’t my demographic. I feel like there are more people in their 30s and 40s on the app than anybody else. Why not target them?
I'm on the same boat. Most people who follow my art journey are in their 30s or older. And now it's just sad. Also seeing that new posts under specific "#" has been removed - only top and top new...no reach at all, even with my fellow artists...
Reels is priority! Two weeks later photography is priority now "we want to make it community oriented again", two weeks later stories are priority now! And so on.. I'm glad I decided to leave IG permanently. No more dealing with ever changing hoop jumping, constant indecisiveness from Adam, and their double standards.
Adam reminds me of Mr. Crocker but 2 decades younger His whole stance on "your friends arent posting" is bullshit. I don't care. The explore page is there for a reason. Force feeding me content from people I dont follow on my feed is STUPID. If I wanna see something else, that's why I have the option to go on the explore page.
Also Instagram sucks if your account has been hacked or a scammer is stealing your photos and posting them as their own. Also bots and fake accounts. They could be better at that.

@@rogalaphotography I disagree. Instagram is long past the point when a professional photographer's work was the draw. I'm not too sure it ever was. Yes, great photographer's get a lot of followers but the second instgram was created it was a social media site. 1. Share pictures with friends 2. Follow inspirational photographer's and celebrities. Visual media-centric social media might be the a decent phrase. And I don't think they plan to do anything specific for photographer's. You can link your website for images to be purchased. Beyond that the only two things they can really improve on is in app editing software and allowing higher resolution images. I wouldn't put either on a priority list for user engagement since one is covered by other software, apps, and new phones. The other is just a photohraphy website link away.

His thought patterning explains Ig overall … All over the darn place 😩😩😩. If young people & creators is the focus listen to them. Thanks so much for this video.
They don't even feature all creators. I follow a lot of educational content and I've noticed that some of the people I follow on there do really great content and don't get as many likes as they should.
Anyone notices how many times he mentions teens and young people. Instagram is targeting teens and young people because everyone knows teens and young people have more free time on their hands. Teens and young people are easier to manipulate and susceptible to pour all their time, energy, and resources into the app in hopes their go virial. But most teens and young people never go virial. They become addicted and depressed because of these apps.
False. I get more views in feed than in stories. And I get more views/likes on my personal account with 500 followers than I do with my account of 4200. They purposely stifle you to pay for reach. And when you do pay it’s a bunch of fake accounts that hit like. It’s all misleading conduct. If he was forthright about saying they’re finding ways to generate money that would be more respectful than taking a photo-sharing platform that had amazing organic growth, and transforming it into a dm’ing tik tok.
I’ll add to this - what Adam said about friends not posting is a lie. I have people I follow who have fallen out of my feed, and I theirs. not because they don’t post, because they do regularly, but simply because instagram replaces their posts with ads. I’d much prefer instagram go back to the chronological feed with organic growth, and take a percentage of any money I make off instagram, versus forcing me to pay for meaningless reach.
Am I the only one that would love a social media app that's cater for older generations like millenals and up? I'm tired of being constantly reminded that I'm old, despite only being in my early 30's, or that I'm a loser because "look at those people being so successful at only age 22, 19, 16 etc." and "look at you, your so lame, you haven't even made a viral video yet!". We need an app for 30+ people who miss the way stuff were back in the day. 😂
I definitely don't think you are the only one! But most startups try to chase everyone and go for a moonshot, rather than service a specific demographic very well. Will be interesting to see if that changes!
I don't feel like anything of the stuff he said really matter. I really think that if Instagram had done nothing over the last few years and just didn't change anything they would be seeing the exact same "growth". Everyone's opinion of Instagram and social media in general has gotten worse and the apps have barely gotten better. There just isn't anyone doing it really well so a lot of users are just stuck with these current apps. ...but hey he's paid the big bucks to find reasons to change things, so I'm sure he knows more.
He doesn’t. Companies are copying each other pretty much down to the letter and that won’t work. Not every strategy or template will work for another platform. It’s okay to be different, especially when you’re “competing.” The move shouldn’t be to replicate or imitate everything you see just because it worked for someone else (TikTok) and they’re successful at it.
The design changes that they released last year were terrible. Let’s put text over photos wrecked the UX and made it frustrating to the point that I avoided my own feed and even removed the app from my phone.
So in other words he saying a whole bunch of nothing. Why focus on stuff that nobody really cares about rather than focusing on what people are complaining about. Honestly I’m over instagram I’m on a never ending to find. Better apps grow organically. I’m sick of of IG
Same. IG gives me very little return on investment. I’m now switching to using social media as a secondary tool and getting back to in-person networking/outreach and growing my e-mail list. Best wishes to us all!
I’ve heard Vero is a good alternative but I haven’t joined them yet. I wanted to view their platform first but you need to signup before you can do anything 🙄.
Facebook and Instagram are like working in the restaurant industry. It’s a busy and popular restaurant, buts it’s Dennys and WaffleHouse. And the only problem with that. I don’t like Dennys and WaffleHouse, but I have to eat. So I have to eat with the peasants of social media.
The fact that Mosseri talks about everything as though the problems with reach are in the past. Teens are not the only ones that use the app. I’m 37. I don’t even know where to go anymore. I just started TikTok, but it’s too clunky. & to have to post vertical video on ig, TikTok, & yt with different watermarks & copyright rules. 😳
They need to fix the caption section when I am writing it. It's so small and hard to navigate, even if I just copy and paste. It's important for it to be wide enough to see and easy to write and edit!
9:25 Not necessarily, I think standing out and differentiating is better than just trying to do what another is doing but better. IG had an experience that was different than other platforms and now bc they’re trying to keep up with the Joneses, they’re ruining the users’ experience which isn’t good for their rep.
Also the algorithm is predatory on promoting female promiscuity. it’s almost just a gateway to spicy links. Meta/adam have upset so many creators. Thank god meta doesn’t own TH-cam.
@2:45 Ofcourse we spend more time on DMs because its a real live conversation between people. And Stories takes longer to watch and process than a feed scrolling, press LIKE and then move to next one. But its never long since we jump into each users Stories as we see their posts on the feed.
That’s what I wanted to know 😆😂. I was like if something is *ssoo interesting* on social media, my friends will text it to me directly. Not just send it in a DM because it can easily be missed. But whatever! What do we know? 🙄
Instagram cares about creators. LOOOOOOOL - I haven’t grown in over a year because my content has 0 reach past my followers (bearing in mind that only 10% of them sees my content). People are so afraid of interacting with content that they send you tons of dm’s, but that’s not what makes you grow. Nor is Stories. Reels that get shared are either fear mongering or comedy, so tell me how you make all creators grow? Please! I’ve grown so much through TH-cam in the same year that I even have some stable monetized deals…meanwhile I’ve just been so demotivated that I really don’t care what to post on Instagram anymore cos…what’s the point?
Ah not to mention that creatos have been hacked a lot for the past 365 days and received LITERALLY 0 SUPPORT from instagram, unless they paid huge money to freelancers who had friends within Meta to get their account back. Meanwhile, TH-cam gathered small, medium, big creators who were using shorts and offered them real support and guidance. Listening to everything Instagram says, the only word that comes into my head is LIES.
I really think that they believe everyone uses IG in the same way, they need to adopt a model where you can choose your interests and you get suggested content related to those interests. Just because you may ❤ something a friend sends you it doesn't necessarily mean that you want to be constantly pushed that type of content.
So basically get them while their young, then they're hooked. Basic social media companies approach 101. Instagram was good before you know who got their grubby hands on it. Thanks for the interview, very interesting:)
So Basically, Screw anyone 25-30+ and Focus on Teens because they make things sell. And that whole FEED bs, News flash....A lot of people post on FEED but If they can't get those post to even half of their followers and new folks, then what's the point? BTW KIDS AND TEENS THINK IG IS OLD PEOPLE ANYWAY...Stick to the Millenials
I wanted to ask if I want to target the US audience being a non US resident, do I need to have a VPN for opening an IG account?? And, if not are there any steps to follow. Please answer this. I've been struggling with this question from a long time.
Why would you need a VPN? 🤔 I know ppl from different parts of the world who use Instagram. Those in Europe, Asia, S. America, etc. is there a particular reason you feel you need one?😅
@@bubzzydraws Coz I've heard people saying. If you have ever seen Ecom king's content, he has claimed the fact that using a VPN will increase your CTR. That particular thing kinda confused me too. Because the term CTR is used in ads.
No VPN needed. Just need to post when the audience you want to reach is online. Start scheduling your content during their time zone and you should be able to reach them.
I typically consume more content on TikTok than on Instagram. For me, the experience isn't seamless. Also, as a creator, I get better views and engagement on TikTok, yet better conversion on IG. So both serve their purpose depending on what you do and your desired goals.
I’ve been thinking about moving to Vero but I’m honestly worried they’ll turn to sh*t like every other platform 🫤. I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying it so far, that’s comforting.
Vero does not censor but its a graveyard also. No stories, no music , no fun and no i am not 15 years old i am a fetish and boudoir foto/videographer. Which means instagram and tik tok hate me but sadly vero is not the answer
Next time please ask Adam why is the compression different with Reels compared to Stories. There is a clear difference. One might look horrible while the other will be okay.
They’re like a status update feature I guess? You can see them in your messages screen, if people use them. They look like bubbles near people’s profile pictures. I honestly think they’re ugly and annoying, and unnecessary.
It’s in the DM section. Simply a status update. It can be used to tell followers what’s upcoming or what’s happening in your account. Can also be just a mood statement or question. Problem is, you have to go to the DMs to see it. You wouldn’t know if someone posted a note without going there. Personally I think it’s in the wrong spot. It should be on the top row where the profile icons appears informing you someone posted a story. It could have a mini word bubble on the profile pic to indicate someone posted a note.

That would confirm what they fear, that they made a bad choice, and then they'd be supporting both the version users want and the version they're trying to make more money with.
They already have that, you have to tap on the instagram logo at the top of your feed 👍
There already is. Go to the top and instead of “for you” choose “following”
@@maybejensen I think that's TikTok you're thinking of, lol.
@@maybejensenbut you have to go back each time the app closes and set it back to feed. It’s tedious
"You don't understand, we HAD to butcher the feed. We already destroyed it, so why would people bother posting to it anymore? Friends who has friends they care about anymore?!" That's what I heard...
He unknowingly identified the exact thing that's the problem. @1:05 ish. DUH YOU ARE A PHOTO PLATFORM. Duh. If you mess with what made you successful, you get to feel the disappointment of your bad decisions.
Ssshhhh keep it down 🤫
You’re making too much sense 🤣😩.
Dude is a liar talking in circles
Same here. I will often get comments from my followers exclaiming how they had no idea I have been active for months because I never show up in their feed. What’s the point of following anyone if they’re not showing your FOLLOWERS the content??? Like why follow at all?!
I absolutely see the same on my profile. We need to all move to a better app. Instagram is dead for all of us not spending all day creating reels.
Same happened to me. Imagine having 248K followers but my photo only got 380 likes, even one commenter said “ how is this only get 372 likes? This need more likes!!!”😅
Who the effff has time to create a reel?
He said people spend more time in the DM's. Meanwhile all the DM's are flooded with messages from bots and fake accounts! "No, for the 10,000 time I don't want to be an ambassador for your jewelry brand." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
An example of a CEO who doesn't listen to his customers AND creators at all. What if IG was finally regulated so that kids under 16 can't use it? Seriously, isn't it a bit creepy and weird for adults and teens to comingle on these apps?
Their biggest mistake is bombarding us with randoms on our feed. We want to see people we actually know.
Yes
They don’t want real people to make money, just the people that are on their agenda!
The rise of Tiktok and they got delusional and have no idea what they're doing
Same
I'm on the same boat.
Yeah screw this guy
When we getting ads on reels back.. Them stopping that bonus was crazy
I deleted my Instagram account a couple of weeks ago, so this just reaffirms why I started to hate the app.
Adam reminds me of Mr. Crocker but 2 decades younger
His whole stance on "your friends arent posting" is bullshit. I don't care. The explore page is there for a reason. Force feeding me content from people I dont follow on my feed is STUPID. If I wanna see something else, that's why I have the option to go on the explore page.
The reason y ppl dont use feed is cuz they dont get any reach posting on feed. How hard it is for him to understand ?
Unrelated, but he reminds me of David Wallace from The Office
Also Instagram sucks if your account has been hacked or a scammer is stealing your photos and posting them as their own. Also bots and fake accounts. They could be better at that.
Agree 💯
it's almost as if instagrams 'security' features are worthless, and are just a coding experiment because they have enough users they can afford to chuck some off
Instagram has a long way to go....the "ads on reels" they just dropped is TRASH lol i got $12 on a video that made over 300k views.....its horrible
I recently got 0, so you're doing better than I 😂😂
I reached 2milliond views they paid $60 and that’s it
You need to do brand deals, sponsorships or partnerships to make serious money. What did u expect bro, $50 000 for 300 000 views?😂
@@GenuineRSA i can tell you haven't really made money off of reels ads ....on facebook I'm getting around $150 to $200 off of the same amount of views ....I know what i"m talking about sir! i make really good money off of facebook reels ads already including bonuses. On instagram bonuses i was making around 2-5k off of that every month! The IG reels ads are paying less than the IG bonuses were ....which is my shock!
Someone needs to tell him no one spends time on the FEED because the FEED is useless hence why everyone is spends more time in Stories and DMs, when I open Instagram I check the feed first then I see ads and people I don't follow so I move to Stories and DMs.. how did this guy even become CEO?
Exactly!!!
True, the ads are invasive.
Exactly! There's too many ads, and I had to dig to turn off the "recommended based on interests" posts in the feed. I just want to see the 2,500 or so accounts I chose to follow! Ready to give up on IG after using it since the very beginning when everyone still used the filters. And IG has no idea why.
Yup back to front logic. He’s just spouting bs a and the interviewer is a sycophant
IG fell off when the original creators left the company. Now, we're left with clueless business man who don't know what they're doing 😅😅
I want to know how come photos weren’t addressed in the interview!? Photographers are creators yet they are getting pushed to the bottom of the algorithm!
did he not? He mentioned least used is Feed, so if you only post photos, you are least important in the algo chain.
@@TheMrleeyang Let me simplify it for you…He DID NOT mention how posting photos will IMPROVE for the PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO HELPED BUILT INSTAGRAM! There is that better!
It’s crazy to focus on teens because they are easy to manipulate and get addicted easily. But I get it but focus on adults too, people age & we have been using this app since it was created.
Isn’t that what all brands do, especially the toy, cereal, and video game industry?
Instagram is utter shit nowadays! They want you to pay for reach! That’s the bottomline! Pay them and they’ll share your content! Don’t pay and get the reach they give u
Thanks, you've spoke for us all
They just want you to pay for reach that all. Instagram is crap now!
@@ArtSam22 unfortunately there nothing to rival it! Vero is shit aswell. It’s just not instagram!
People either just suck it up and post because they enjoy taking photos or stop using it.
Cheers for replying 👍🏽
Yep. Every platform wants users to pay for play for more reach. Organic reach is unfortunately dead. The last time where we had organic reach was the 2010's.
If you pay them, how many people will they show your content to is my question?
@@jamilgotcher365 I’d depends how much you want to pay! You can pay for for reach and choose how many days your want your post sponsored for. It hits a wider group of people!
I’m enjoying IG less and less as time moves on
I haven’t posted on IG in a little over a year. To my personal page anyway. I have another page I use for other interests, but even those I haven’t posted in months. Months.
IG just isn’t the same anymore and it feels more and more like a waste of a time. It’s not a surprise that it’s gotten easier and easier to not look at it.
it's nothing more than a website of private photo albums at the moment
It's pretty much a second job doing all the posting, reels, stories, etc. It's overwhelming and there's times I feel like deleting all my content and starting over.
This 🙌
They don't even all you to delete
"You have to make controversial decisions for the betterment of the product. " Incorrect. You make informed decisions for the betterment. See the difference? This why he just talked a lot, but said nothing. I still don't know what their direction is, why I should use it, how I can leverage it. No informed information.
instagram is currently basically a website of private photo albums
His thought patterning explains Ig overall … All over the darn place 😩😩😩. If young people & creators is the focus listen to them. Thanks so much for this video.
They don't even feature all creators. I follow a lot of educational content and I've noticed that some of the people I follow on there do really great content and don't get as many likes as they should.
Every third post is an ad. It’s infuriating and the hate of Instagram is overtaking the love of it.
this was really helpful, thank you!
I hate how every app wants to be a colossal all-in-one walmart of apps.
It's predatory and I wish it was regulated!!
Young people are the consumer class… it’s that way in every culture on earth who has money to spend.
Awesome video… great content and pacing that kept me watching to the end. Thank you.
If they switched back to chronological order, they’d change the game!
They're chasing teens who don't even know what they want for breakfast.
No, Moss, it’s definitely the algorithm.
we need to know about the shadown ban feature that they are denying
Yeah!
Good stuff … would love to learn more about the best ways to use Instagram for building a local, interest-based community.
Even TH-cam showing me a 8 year old boy cosplaying as a girl wearing a bunch of makeup, creepy af and so inappropriate.
It’s okay to be different, especially when you’re “competing.” The move shouldn’t be to replicate or imitate everything you see just because it worked for someone else (TikTok) and they’re successful at it.
it's because the big social media sites are owned by children, (Zuck, Musk) all they see is shiny thing (tiktok) that they need to copy
The design changes that they released last year were terrible. Let’s put text over photos wrecked the UX and made it frustrating to the point that I avoided my own feed and even removed the app from my phone.
Ace. You killed it brother!!!
I wanted to view their platform first but you need to signup before you can do anything 🙄.
haha YES! I'm listening to him and all I'm getting is tech jargon/buzz words, I'm like stop messing with the app, it was fine to begin with
Facebook and Instagram are like working in the restaurant industry. It’s a busy and popular restaurant, buts it’s Dennys and WaffleHouse.
And the only problem with that. I don’t like Dennys and WaffleHouse, but I have to eat. So I have to eat with the peasants of social media.
cheap restaurants (I assume, we don't have those two here) that have bought or killed the competition
Just found your channel and I will say that this was such a useful video. Subscribed and looking forward to whats to come. Keep it up, Cheers!
Same boat …
Thanks for sharing this man. This is so dope.
They need to fix the caption section when I am writing it. It's so small and hard to navigate, even if I just copy and paste. It's important for it to be wide enough to see and easy to write and edit!
the lizard comment 🤣 immediate subscribe haha!!honestly though, great video and excited to check out more content like this
9:25 Not necessarily, I think standing out and differentiating is better than just trying to do what another is doing but better.
Why use IG DMs instead of just group texting? That always confused me as an *old person* user.
That’s what I wanted to know 😆😂. I was like if something is *ssoo interesting* on social media, my friends will text it to me directly. Not just send it in a DM because it can easily be missed. But whatever! What do we know? 🙄
Because they are sharing content too. Your friends are likely to respond via DM because they are already IN THE APP watching content.
I like listening to the business side of this :)
I deleted my Instagram. Instant weight lifted. Now the only social media I have is TH-cam 🤷🏼♀️
Are you a creator account or business acct? I saw videos mentioning creator accounts have to engage far more often than a business acct
Man that 'bathroom blog' filter is crazy! ;-D
Very informative thank you 🎉
I really think that they believe everyone uses IG in the same way, they need to adopt a model where you can choose your interests and you get suggested content related to those interests. Just because you may ❤ something a friend sends you it doesn't necessarily mean that you want to be constantly pushed that type of content.
good video and points. please get a tripod not attached to your table, getting motion sick everytime you touch the table or move.
So basically get them while their young, then they're hooked. Basic social media companies approach 101. Instagram was good before you know who got their grubby hands on it. Thanks for the interview, very interesting:)
I don’t even know what notes are. I went and looked around for them. No idea.
Great video! Thank you 🙏
I wanted to ask if I want to target the US audience being a non US resident, do I need to have a VPN for opening an IG account?? And, if not are there any steps to follow. Please answer this. I've been struggling with this question from a long time.
Same
Why would you need a VPN? 🤔 I know ppl from different parts of the world who use Instagram. Those in Europe, Asia, S. America, etc. is there a particular reason you feel you need one?😅
@@bubzzydraws Coz I've heard people saying. If you have ever seen Ecom king's content, he has claimed the fact that using a VPN will increase your CTR. That particular thing kinda confused me too. Because the term CTR is used in ads.
No VPN needed. Just need to post when the audience you want to reach is online. Start scheduling your content during their time zone and you should be able to reach them.
Terrible app. They have one job and they are too greedy to let people get views.
Very true, Instagram is crap now! So disappointed with them. I use to love them before, but now I wish I can delete my account
I typically consume more content on TikTok than on Instagram. For me, the experience isn't seamless. Also, as a creator, I get better views and engagement on TikTok, yet better conversion on IG. So both serve their purpose depending on what you do and your desired goals.
Zuck .. lizard.. I’m on my echo bike mid sip of water and it almost came out my nose. Great video.
I deleted my Instagram in June, I moved to Vero and I like Vero better
It could be that you didn't edit the reel on the app whereas stories are most naturally created on the app.
@@charitymasango2649 I didn't edit my reel on the app and it looks good.

How bizarre to focus so heavily on age group with no money....
what are notes??? i have never seen a note-taking thing!!!
They’re like a status update feature I guess? You can see them in your messages screen, if people use them. They look like bubbles near people’s profile pictures. I honestly think they’re ugly and annoying, and unnecessary.
@@zerospecs2331 hmmm yeah i am not seeing them. but idk maybe only some people have them type of thing 🤷
@@laandle ph i see em now. yeah, i avoid and ignore all DM's so i'm never in there. it's always spam and useless. stuff. surprised people use that section let alone this being in there too

Lmfao. Same.
How bout they fix the cropping bugs
Fer real. Definitely some kind of conspiracy. Never understood why it continues.
I thought teens more into tik tok than IG/YT...🤣🤣
I deleted the app. Still have my account but I can’t keep up with their constant identity crisis. These social media platforms want to do things to supposedly support safety and mental health but are making sure to keep you addicted to your phones
Nevermind friend’s the push to follow is to see more of what you follow, not have that creator buried and rarely seen ever again, ALL the apps see to do this
If it was like back then 2010 era it would be great. U can still have add just sprinkle it in the explore
I select "show less posts like this" for teenage girls, and the app keeps flooding my explore page with them 🤔
What the hell are recommendations?
They are suggested posts they push to your feed because of your interests. What’s interesting is they may be changing the name to recommendations because it’s called “suggested post” now.
I really strongly dislike the hard push of videos on Instagram.
I just want to scroll in peace, and watching mute videos isn‘t it doing it for me. If I would want to watch Video I would have go for TH-cam or Tiktok…
I really miss to have a nice social media for photos … :(
Can’t delete Dm messages ???
