I often get asked in interviews, "How do you go about making your music?"
But I don't think everyone has a concrete idea... So, this time, as a special treat, I'll be showing the process of creating a demo!
It might look like I'm smoothly putting it together, but I've cut out the moments where I'm deep in thought to keep the video from getting too long.

This quite literally made me fall in love with Lovebites. Im a newer supporter of this movement. True musicianship. No band does this, you are unique for this and I know LoveBites will grow in popularity. Many young girls will soon know your name and want emulate your career. As with playing guitar and piano you make this look easy, but I know it is not. How you keep coming up with such awesome melodies is a complete mystery to me. Thank you for giving up your time to do this and tour in the UK.
オンエアと同時に拝見しました。頭の中ではあまりの凄さに、なんでこんなことできるんだろう、天才にも程があるわ、とか、ぐるぐる回っているウチにコメント書くのを失念してしまいました。
ピアノとギターがご本業とはいえ、ベースも弾かれ、ドラムのリズムも全部頭に入っているのでしょう。
私のような素人目にも、考えなくてかはいけないこと、配慮しなくてはならないこと、目配りしなくてはならないことが宇宙レベルでありますよね。しかも、そこに天才的な「感性」を入れこむのですよね。やっぱ凄いなんてもんじやないですわ。Miyakoさんは、日本の宝ですね。

I really want to see her finish this song, and put it on an album! I like it. I can imagine Asami singing over it. It's certainly good enough to be on an album. She put a lot of work into it already. I don't want to see it get scrapped.
@@TheCyberMantis Kari h mentioned in one of her videos that she read a post in one of Miyako's social media sites and Miyako had said that this demo song will not make it to a Lovebites release, and she also had said that it barely made it to TH-cam ! Like you have mentioned, I personally thought it was a great track with an infectious riff, and it had potential to go further. On the other hand, I now have very, very high expectations of the impending new material that the band has just completed. In the first part of this 3-part series, she took about an hour. In the second part, she took about an hour-and-a-half. Not sure how long she took for the last part, but let's say a couple of hours. I'm, still in awe of how she could achieve all that in, essentially, an afternoon's work. I don't think I'll even get close to finishing the first part if I was given a month to do it !
@@boyzyu Yes, her workflow is amazing. She knows music theory really well. She can come up with ideas quickly. If her demo song doesn't make it on an album, that's okay. I know there will be amazing songs on the new album. I have 100% confidence in the Lovebites team.

After watching Part 2, I woke up in the middle of the night, and had the vocal chorus in my head! Who knows what will happen now that I've heard the final demo. I am hopeful that this demo eventually becomes a Lovebites song! I will certainly recognize it if it is performed by the band.

MYK-Sensei works REALLY hard. I bet she just can't stop thinking about music and performing... Everything we've listening from them so far has that extra touch of perfectionism, that obsession to make it better.
And we're talking about a busy young mom here. Miyako is multitasking her personal life with so much class... Playing keyboards and guitar at the same time? That's awesome, but have any of you tried creating music while taking care of your baby and your house at the same time??? That's where my respect and admiration to Miyako-san comes most from.
Those demo series are a delight. We get to see how their music is born. And, unsurprisingly, it's really hard work. I wish we could bring Miyako some tea and snacks right now and tell her otsukaresamadeshita... But I promise her I'll cheer and scream very loud next September at the Tokyo Garden Theater! Dear Miyako, since I'm not on any other social media, I would like to thank you here in the comment section for two outstanding concerts in Belgium and Germany, which allowed me to finally experience my favourite band live in person! Even though the moments of the "Meet & Greet" after both concerts were short (for understandable reasons), I rank them among the best moments in my life and they will remain unforgettable, also because of the photos with the entire band. :) I hope that you and the other band members liked the photos and CDs (as well as the small extra stuff for you and Haruna) in the package I gave Asami at the "Meet & Greet" in Lindau. I would love to see Lovebites live again in Germany, even if it required again a 6- to 7-hour-trip by train, and I am looking forward to the new EP and Bluray in August!

アレンジも加わり、よりProductionが近づいてきた。もう気持ちの中ではこの曲が会場でLiveされている感じ。でも、まだ詩が乗っていませんね。Part.4で紹介されるのか、とても気になる。Part.3を聞き込んでいるうちに感じたタイトル「A bright future」を勝手につけて呼んでいます。Instrumentalでもいいので、Liveで演奏してほしい。

In this third episode, even more small sub-melodies and numerous additional nuances were added. But the most important thing is to skillfully place and relate them to each other within a single composition. You do this perfectly for me, for my musical heart! 美しい旋律のボーカルパート、撃剣のギターパートをどのようにアレンジするかに興味津々です。BITESの打数が多い激しいドラミングは、HARUNAの趣味だと思っていたら、実はMIYAKoさんの指示だと知って驚きました。新曲を知ったFAMIも張り切ってアレンジするだろうし、ASAMIがどのように歌うかも楽しみでしかありませんね。

TH-camのためだけの曲、と、動画の最後で言ってましたね。ただ、チャットでミヤコさんが「ハルピーのドラムのクセがだんだん私に移ってきてる」と言っていたので、ラブバイツメンバーを意識しつつ作ってるのは、間違い無いでしょうから、もちろん今後どうなるかは、とても楽しみにしていますよ。

早速、ノッキン・アット・ヘヴンズ・ゲイト -第二章-のCDを、発注しました。( *´艸｀) 楽しみです。
