your analysis of flus is 100% correct. - he is a nice guy. too nice as this team doesn’t practice hard, it doesn’t go away for training camp. it’s too soft for an NFL team. - he is reluctant to put his imprint on the game with a timely blitz or play call. give Washington the job and see if an aggressive play-caller will help out the defense and the team in general
Agreed you never know I mean it wouldn't be a horrible decision I think a lot of times what you looking for sometimes is right under your nose so you speak!!@@toniccoker
These other teams smell blood in the water when they play us even when they don't play their best game. The Bears will ALWAYS find a new way to lose each game like they are filling out a BINGO card or something. It's just tragically sad. And Eberflus is at the root of it. And right now Poles is right there with him.
TB absolutely earned being retained, but the only way it actually happens is if we fire Flus in season. The next coach is gonna go with his guy. But if the next coach is really smart, they will retain a guy that has shown he is developing a young, talented QB
If the focus is on Caleb Williams, then having Thomas Brown stay at OC is more important than him taking over as HC ... Unfortunately, I think Ryan Poles loyalty to Eberflus is detrimental to his own career. I have a feeling that Poles will keep Flus on until the end of year regardless of the losses.
Do we think Poles added Brown, Williams and Joseph to have chess pieces if and when Flus failed? IF CW continues to show growth but we don't make playoffs I say we rock with TB in 25 as HC. Don't mind losing if CW develops to the point we know he's HIM. Who's to say a new HC even wants CW. Then we're back to doing Bears BS, if Poles hires a coach who inherits a QB he didn't choose (see Nagy and Flus)
Hell Haize im not even sure he's a good defensive coordinator tbh we give him too much credit for this defense maybe more of late you can blame him for their atrocious play is more like it 😂
We need to get the right coaches and olinemen and a way better KR/PR Carter is not it at all if Thomas Brown continues to call a good game on offense why not make him the interim HC see what he can do he can't be no worst than Eberflus 🗑ass and we definitely need a better special teams coach we just want a winning culture and team Ryan Poles seem like he can't give us that we better off getting a new GM too
Great show, Haize. This thing got away from Eberflus real quick. I am so tired of having to say next year, but it seems to be my reality again. Being a fan should not have to be this hard.
Haize my favorite content creator love the channel always locked in with the fam, Caleb is the real deal we got our quarterback
My man drip with the drip bro your fits is off the chain you are definitely unmatched in drip by far.

Thomas Brown seems like a MAN. He’s tough. He’s not a wuss, he commands respect, and expects good things to happen.
He leaving too bc the new coach ain’t gonna won’t nobody from the old staff
Maybe Thomas is the guy we been searching for

Hey Haize, have you guys thought of doing merch for the channel?
Shitll be fire
We need a little luck on our side too🤷🏾♂️
That comes with hard work and smart play
Thomas Brown will and should be the HC of the Chicago Bears

Intro is fire 🔥

I’m so glad Waldron is gone.
New Coach definitely bringing in his own guy Brown going somewhere to haunt the Bears cause Chicago bears
If this line season really about development of Williams he would be gone because losing so many games when he's giving us a chance to win
He is making a huge difference.
Any time a player has to tell coaches to hold players accountable that's tragic and fireable
I feel ya Haize, but they ain't firing Flus until the end of season.
The biggest losers are us the fans, that weak ass cover 2 def & flus trash ass
We need to blitz good teams blitz 40 percent or more the time
After I kept seeing that cover 2 I was like I got to quit watching because they aren't going to win and the D can't even tackle
Ben Johnson for HC, retain Brown as OC😊
Johnson gone call the plays tho im thinkin bj is hc thomas is oc/ast hc with selah/vabrel as dc keep washington as dl coach/ast dc now that's a staff
0:24 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Eberflus is too soft! I’m sick of hearing about “the positives” from him after horrible losses.
We need a coach now and we good
Some believe the mini bye will be used to fire Flus. I do think that TB is worth a look. I mean Flus and the season is done.

Why wait to fire him until Thursday. Let's be real we're not beating the Loins. Even if we upset the Loins that shouldn't be enough to keep him on.
Chicago bears central the only win in chicago !!!
Can we get the real jj back, u know, back when he wore 33 and had something to prove
Stevo said it so it must be lol...
🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻
The bears gotta be cursed at this point
👍🏾
Screw flus where is poles i wanna hear from him
Get flush out know and take ST COACH WITH HIM
I like what Thomas Brown is doing but to tab him as the next coach no
Poles is gonna demote flus and keep him as the defensive HC..😂 i don't put nothing pass Poles
Hell Haize im not even sure he's a good defensive coordinator tbh we give him too much credit for this defense maybe more of late you can blame him for their atrocious play is more like it 😂
