Strawberry Crunch Cake using BOX CAKE MIX|EASY RECIPE

  • Affordable 🍓 Strawberry Crunch Cake 🍰
    Ingredients:
    • Duncan Hines Strawberry
    Supreme Cake - 15.25oz
    • Duncan Hines® Creamy Cream
    Cheese Frosting
    • 1/3 vegetable oil
    • 3 eggs
    • Two 3.25 Vanilla Pudding (Snack
    Pack)
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tablespoons lemon extract
    Strawberry Crumble Ingredients:
    • 10 - 20 Golden Oreos; crushed
    • 3 - 4 tbs Strawberry Jello powder
    • 2 - 3 tbs unsalted melted butter
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt cake pan.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Duncan Hines Strawberry Supreme Cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, 1 tablespoon of lemon extract, two 3.25 oz Vanilla Pudding (Snack Pack), and 1 cup of milk. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
    3. Pour the cake batter into the greased Bundt cake pan.
    4. Cover the Bundt cake pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 43 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
    5. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
    6. Once the cake has cooled, spread the Duncan Hines Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting over the top of the cake.
    7. To make the Strawberry Crunch Topping, crush 10-20 Oreos in a food processor until fine. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with 2-3 tablespoons of strawberry jello powder and 2-3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
    Add the crumble mixture to parchment paper on a sheet pan spreading it out evenly.
    8. Bake the strawberry crunch topping at 350°F (175°C) for 7-8 minutes. Let the crumble cool before adding it onto your cake
    9. Spread the Strawberry Crunch Topping evenly over the cream cheese frosting on the cake.
