The phone I used in the video is the iPhone 11 Pro. According to the website, Dimensions: 18.5 x 10 x 4 cm / 7.5 x 4 x 1.5 inches
The size is suitable for all iPhone models. Any bigger would be a really tight fit or might not fit at all
