Look actually there is no real threat other than malinga who can trouble our batsman.. kulasekara is just like a medium pace bowler and muralidharan is almost at the end of his career lost his actual glory and Perera was the third pacer who was a medium pacer.. for example look at 2019 semis against newzealand and 2017 champions trophy final boult matt Henry Ferguson and mohammad Amir Junaid khan Hasan ali some reallllll threat who could trouble the batsman anyday and India lost both the matches very badly.. and that's what's missing from srilanka and most importantly the match happened in India Mumbai.. if it is in srilanka the result might be different who knows

Sri Lanka still had a excellent bowling attack .Kulasekare is a legendary player and sadly had a bad day mainly because he did not get many match in that WC. Anyway Sri Lanka took the revenge in 2014 wct20 With malinga and kulasekare fucking your batsman with best death bowling ever . Now don't say because India was too slow or other excuses. Because when there is good bowling you can't score runs. Overall 1995 to 2015 Sri Lanka was a legendary team. should have won so many titles but sadly Best team Don't always win. Kulasekara was one of the best ever at swinging the ball. His inswingers to right-handers were like off-spinners, faster and deadlier. Many right-handed batsmen were bowled out by his inswingers, and left-handers were frequently caught by the keeper. His outswingers, while not as dramatic, were still effective.

I feel like Sri Lanka cricket criminally wasted Thisara Perera's batting aspect. They wasted him by using him as a bowling allrounder as opposed to a. batting one. Perera's bowling was never really that impressive it was the power hitting that was really impressive. One of the many mistake SLC made that eventually led to the down period.
