- The transformation of this Sista in the video is great for her. She extended her life by losing over 150lbs. There are certain men in the community that encourage obesity in Sistas. So much so that some don't want to lose weight because they feel it will effect their dating prospects.

Phil your absolutely right we need to encourage eating and working out in our community. I just changed my lifestyle by working out and eating healthier I cut out all sugar and fast food out my diet. People don’t understand how your body changes after living a healthy lifestyle your more energized and you reduce health problems.

my friend was 400 pounds she lost 250 very healthy, she went to her family in Louisiana they told her she looked sickly it mostly goes down in the south.

I believe that’s why the medical profession don’t take our health issues seriously because not all of us but a lot of us don’t take our health seriously. I had a neighbor she was every bit of 345lbs one day she told me she doesn’t have any issues getting sex I got sick to my stomach after she told me that then one day she says all the men are broke n short n fresh out of prison it’s at the point the only time I see a physically fit childless woman n her natural is when she’s with zaddy

A lot of bigger people have passed away from health complications. High cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stress and brain damage from sleep apnea (high risk for dementia). Also the doctors really don’t want to help you, they want you to die.

It began when egos went up from social media alot of men thought it was easier to get the big(thick) girls. Now the big girls got egos too. And "thick"(big) became the normand easier as a whole
With the exception of family and friends, I no longer make remarks about women's appearance. When I did, there was one thing I noticed. Receiving compliments from men, absolutely improved women's confidence and self-esteem.
