    Until then, here's a chance to try and prepare Risotto AI Polo at home.
    Join our passionate Executive Sous Chef Joseph Severini Malasi and Chef Anderson as they show you how to prepare Risotto AI Polo (risotto with chicken).
    Ingredients:
    Precooked Arborio Rice
    white Shallots finely Chopped
    Garlic Chopped
    Thyme
    Mushrooms Button Quarters
    Italian Spinach
    White Wine
    Cream
    Butter
    Parmesan Cheese
    Chicken Stock
    Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper
    Preparation:
    1.In a pan, pour olive oil, shallots and saute the rice, deglaze with white wine and add chicken stock, cook half way and set let rest on a tray.
    2.Saute onions, garlic, thyme and chicken in a flat pan, then add the mushroom.
    3.Add the rice and slow cook it on low heat as you add chicken stock.
    4.As it cooks slowly, check the rice as it starts to get soft and breaks down in particles.
    5.Add spinach in the rice and finish of with cream, parmesan cheese and butter.
    6.Check on seasoning and serve while still hot.
