As VIP, you are able to jump. There have been glitches, to jump as non VIP. Skills of horses. Every week, the needed skills’s for race/ cup horses are changing. If you have a horse, which nailed it with those 3 different colors, you can use your max Speed ( 13 ) you said. If there’s only 1 color match, the speed stat’s are only in lower sections to use. Check out Monday, which skill’s are needed, and find your matching horse, or tame it. Speed it up mostly with apples and don’t waste Gems in it. Have a wonderful day ☕️
