I usually play creative as the mobs cause me too much anxiety. How do you break bedrock (looks like pistons and tnt? I thought tnt couldn’t break bedrock)? And what can be done with the void? I thought it was just an empty hole.
!!!!! The reason falling down through the Lava didnt hurt you is because you already had the 4 Beacon Effects applied to you. Where as on the return flight up through it hurt you because the 4 Beacon Effects hadnt been applied to you yet since those effects do NOT project down below bedrock.
Have we not learned the lessons of the Boatem Hole. Seriously the boatem hole was practically actively pulling in hermits to swallow their gear and lives. (Without checking i feel like the death count was in the low 30s)
I agree that the way Ren made his pants would look more cyberpunky, with more clean lines. Silence with gold on netherite looks a bit muddy or rusty, but I totally get not wanting to walk around with gold pants all season. The Raiser trim would also be a nice alternative for your pants. A bit more on the black side with more subtle gold details.
Maybe next season you should make a 'did you die?' shulker box at the beginning of the season that you keep in a vault or something because I feel like every hermit has that one moment every season where they died in the middle of a project or something and they just need some gear to get back on their feet that is all ready to go.
Hearing the intro music reminds me of when I was younger and would hear the farm fresh advertisements of eggs, milk, fruits and vegetables on the tv in the middle of watching pbs cartoons.
No bandwagons, please! Impulse can decide for himself what to do about it. One of the rules of Doc's trim shop is that you can't actually duplicate the trims you buy. His reasoning is that he'd never sell anything after everyone collects one of each that they want, which wouldn't be all that beneficial when it comes to niche shops like that in the long run. It makes sense, though the, er, "price" is as silly as usual.
I remember Impulse saying he plays with Flight Sim keyboard bindings. I want to see him put those skills to the test and do that under-bedrock flying with the *_Do A Barrel Roll_* mod installed.
I appreciate that you switched back to a more grown up tone / voice. The short paced, high energy voiced videos from before, while maybe more compatible with the kids, didn't seem right. Now you sound more like you again :)
Mining will never stop being chill and relaxing. Throw on a video or podcast or music and just fill up your inventory with ores until you're out of space or your pick is almost broken. I'll even carry a shulker box of night vision potions when I mine so I don't have to bother with torches.
Missed opportunity to have the wool mechanic be Express VPN. Cause the wool is hiding your noise levels just like how a VPN protects your data from bad people on the internet. I think your new armour looks wicked!! Way better than before.

Magic Mountain has a new Boatem Hole and it's a Void Volcano!!!! I love this so much!!! Also yeah the Silence armour trim makes the trim material cover more than the armour material itself lol and Ren has gold armour with netherite trim for the aesthetic, such dedication!

I'm not exactly the most loyal Impulse viewer, but one thing I should say is, Impulse never stop trying different things, different ways of doing it's content and always trying and experimenting, both on the game, recording, editing, and it's just amazing.
He did jump into the void (without gear) during Skizz's stream to scare/prank Skizz. It almost worked, but Skizz said that the chat messages directly afterwards gave it away and Impulse would have just silently logged off if he really had lost his gear again.

Another idea - if you can hear jukeboxes play under the bedrock, you use them to play sounds along the flightpath to help flyers tell if youre getting close to the destination - ie, before render distance shows you the light of the lava

XD The regearing reminded me of a suggestion I had: you give up your helmet slot in order to wear the retextured pumpkin hair thingamajig, but why not just retexture the helmet instead? that way you're not giving up any armor slots to look cool :P the only bad thing I could think of with doing that is that the helmet would have the purple enchantment glint, but there's gotta be a way to remove that in a texture pack, right? Or just keep it, because purple might match the outfit anyways, and i bet it'd look kinda futuristic/cyberpunky. I mean, even if u don't want the enchantment glint, just dont enchant the helmet and take the extra armor anyways
