Alright, this chapter gives us a 5th look at Shirtless Baud in a row, and it'll be the last one for a good while.
So finally we get to celebrate! We talk alot with the new-ish recruits, the game gives us even more excuses as to why Emilia didn't leave yet and we get to be sane for a moment. However tensions do exist...and we get my least favourite moment in the game (as of now) out of it due to the sheer amount of contribed shit.
So Aylanda makes Baudimon visit a random ass hut in the middle of nowhere, that she appearantly had used as a private home for about a month, which is immediatly discovered by a DRUNK Theo, who's STILL ON HORSEBACK by the way, who kind of simps himself into assaulting Baud due to him hating Thorgrim, AND ONLY THE MAGIC WITH NESSECARY INCANTATION AND SHIT WORKS, before Baud ARBITRARLY ONE SHOTS HIM WITH A RANDOM ASS IRON BLADE HE HAD. THEN they finally get the idea to carry Theo AND HIS HORSE, which causes Samuel to RANDOMYL TRUST AYLANDA TO HEAL THE FUCKING INJURY as Baud gets treatment from Liliette.
THE FUCK?! AND THIS IS THE ONLY MOMENT IIN THE GAME WHERE THEY BOTHER ACCURATELY PORTRAYING INJURIES FROM CRIT ANIMATIONS!
Oh, and both of the Pre-Promoted Cavalry decide to leave us, with SAMUEL BLAMING BAUD FOR SELF DEFENCE AGAINST A FUCKING DRUNKARD. The hell was he supposed to do, let himself die against a sloppily cast Elfire?! And nobody stopped Theo from going ham, what if Aylanda got herself involved and actually tried to stop this?! Would she also get injured? Would we kiss Samuel's little boy goodbye?!
All of this is so arbitrary, and this didn't even need to happen! Just have a SOBER Theo be the one who instigates the travel to the middle of nowhere, with an excuse of apologising for his behavior against the one commanding him before the true intent of keeping him off of Ayla being revealed! THEN the both of them engage in combat, where Baud DOESN'T crit in self defence and Ayla breaks the fight up and rush the both of them for medical care! There, now you don't need me thinking about the logistics of how a DRUNKARD can ride a HORSE!

Sam just needed a excuse to go back home and get some stuff he forgot
