Wow this was awesome. I work as a service tech for a carrier dealer so I never get Trane training and thus I've always struggled troubleshooting them in the field but this cleared so much up.

I leave it in cooling mode and it locks out in a day or two previous guy before me has jumped out low pressure circuit 2 is offline, harness is the compressor and taped up contactor is still pulled in. only safety I think is high pressure on circuit one

Confused when you say common 2 or common 3 card, if you mean common terminal 2 or 3 makes sense because my terminal 3 is cooling and my cooling is kicking on when it should not
Fun fact: ECM in the automotive trade is always Engine Control Module. It's usually associated with the main computer of the vehicle. Since in HVAC we associate ECM with Electronically Commutated Motor, it seems to me they made a mistake in labelling it Engine Control Module when it clearly controls the ECM motor. I'll bet on that.
Same unit have 123 connected confused when you say disconnect common 2 or 3 you mean 2 or 3 on mother board. My situation condenser fan is coming on were it shouldn't tried to jump out . From my understanding if I disconnect 3 I can jump unit into heat mode ??????
I’ve got a 10 ton gas and it is causing one of my phases to drop down to 85v. This happens intermittently while running. It usually recovers quickly but sometimes won’t. I can’t figure it out. Any advice?

If you install a 10 k resistor between 1 and 2. What terminal are looking for temp? To keep the 71 heat 74 cool
