Sushiria will always be the hardest in my opinion. Bakeria is just hard to get perfects, but you'll almost never get a lower score then 98 (except for closers)
I will say Cupcakeria. The frosting is hard to get perfect. But nothing compares to the original Papa's Pizzeria where you had no boosters, no clocks, no doorbell, nor you could make the pizza before the customers order it and to get Papa Louie you need all gold medals of all customers. Getting perfect score was nearly impossible and you didn't get anything if you got it. Plus this game was about how much money you make and not how much points and with all of these money you can't buy anything. And knowing how slow they order when you progress you always get a customer behind, it was really frustrating. But at least Pizzeria HD and To Go made it much easier.
Fun Fact:This was the first Papa’s game I actually beat. (To actually beat this game, you got to get to Christmas and then you’ll get an ending cutscene along with the last customer.)

@shinyboicamerin it is literally impossible to get 99 with a closer, the max you can get is 97 (or 100, but you get what I mean)

you can recover the activated windows look up a tutorial but its something that you have to press that's like "I had a recent hardware change"
