This is a video of the Vango Kalari Awning being pitched and packed away.
Follow this link for more information on this item bit.ly/2rlRCk0
This is by far the easiest way to pitch and pack up this awning.

Just watched your video, found it very helpful because in a few weeks time we will be putting up are awning for the first time, interesting to see that it was actually fitted from the rear of the caravan which would be better for me because of the light fitting on the front ( bit scared of damaging the light or ripping the awning) so fitting from the rear gives me more confidence, thanks for the video, 👍👍.

There was quite a bit of time when the viewer was unable to see what the demonstrator was doing - either his body obscured the action or towards the end of the pitching he just disappeared inside the awning with the interior air beams. Fortunately, having had a Kalari for a couple of years I know what he is doing. Part two, the striking of the awning was much better and I found the folding procedure really useful.

It would have been helpful to see the awning being setup inside as well. Other than that a good video.

    Will the 380 2017 fit a swift elegance 645

From what I can see it looks like it could but we’d recommend measuring the straight part of your rail to be sure.
You would need at least 380cm of straight rail.

Are you thinking of putting up a Vango Kalari 520 video? Also where do the yellow rock pegs go compared to the non yellow pegs ?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we aren't looking at doing a 520 video as the concept is the same as the 420 (it just has one extra main beam), the yellow rock pegs are normally for the guy-rope points.

Attwoolls Camping & Ski Shop..... cheers for that....by Guy ropes you mean the ropes 1/2 way up the awning rather than at the bottom of the awning ? If that is the case presumably the pegs with the silver round heads go there?

Where ever there is a pegging point which uses a webbing strap, you would need to use the rock pegs (yellow headed pegs), where there are pegging points which have elasticated loops on them, you will need to use the steel silver pegs (with flat heads). Hope this helps!

    Which size is this?

Hi Graham, the awning being used for the demonstration is the Vango Kalari 420. This size is also currently up on display at our indoor showroom.
