It was narrated that Jareer ibn ‘Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “I have nothing to do with any Muslim who settled among the mushrikeen.” Narrated by at-Tirmidhi, 1604; Abu Dawood, 2645. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said concerning the hadeeth, “I disown every Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen”: "This is to be understood as referring to those who are not safe to practise their religion there." Fath al-Baari, commentary on hadeeth no. 2825 Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Travelling to the land of the disbelievers is not permissible unless preconditions are met: 1. That the individual should have sufficient knowledge to ward off specious arguments 2. that he should be religiously committed so as to ward off whims and desires 3. that he should have a need to do that. If these conditions are not met, then it is not permissible to travel to the land of the disbelievers, because of what that involves of temptation or the fear of temptation." I often see in the comments people living comfortably in Western countries supporting the Taliban without fully understanding the harsh realities of life in Afghanistan under their rule. In Afghanistan, no girl is allowed to attend school, university, or any educational institution after reaching puberty-not even for medical studies. Ironically, while women are banned from education, they are allowed to beg in the streets due to the country’s dire economic conditions. In a nation where maternal mortality is already among the highest in the world, prohibiting women from studying medicine or midwifery will only worsen the situation. While the Taliban may have some positive aspects, their negative impact far outweighs any perceived benefits. And before you come for me, i am born raised and currently living in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is still intransition and they need time to adjust to their new situations. Women's main priority in the ummah is educating their childrens, if you can move back to Afhanistan and teach young chldren that is even better. As far as i know the only reason why the government didnt allowed certain school to open to women is because of free mixing and they are fnding ways to accomodate women in a seperate schools. EDUCATING WOMEN IS PART OF SHARIAH so if they did this just becasue of the cultural norms than it is wrong for them to do so.
I'm an Afghan and trust me when I say, that our women stand side by side in every affair but that's whats not allowed by Islam and we shall abide, no matter if it violates a brown or white religion. We Afghans will stay loyal to the commitment we made and insha'Allah we will stay true to Islam. The rest is just rumours we don't care about. Having said that Afghanistan isn't a homogeneous country. We have Persians etc and compared to Pashtuns ( the real Afghans ethnically), the Persians were always more "liberated" per say. So it is kinda cultural but at the same time it's about Islam too.
Technically educating people about islam is a part of sharia But in sharia forceful education like schools isn’t a part of sharia, you can do that if you want to but it isn’t an islamic rule
No, man. I don't think Taliban is actually ruling with sharia. If they did, they wouldn't cut the rights of women from them. They just made a new law a few weeks ago that women won't be able to get education to become a doctor or a nurse.

I'm Muslim but it's insane to believe Muslims support Talibans extremism. I can say with confidence 80% of Muslims support Taliban and that's strikingly horrible. If they don't support taliban they're either not practicing or are actually mentally capable; which again most are not.
There is so many issues with this sentence akhi. Firstly, if they are extremists then you must clarify their extremism, in which way do they oppose the messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم? Secondly, how can you say 80% of the Muslims support them? Have you asked even a quarter of the billions of Muslims alive? Thirdly, if you believe they are extremists, then how can you say those who don't support them are not practicing?? There is no practice without knowledge, and extremism is whatever is unfounded in Islam, whatever opposes the sunnah, so how can there be "practicing" muslims who support extremism?? This is inherently contradictory, and I believe you have gravely misunderstood. There are many sects who are very "devout" or "fundamental" in regard to worship and religion, but their worship is misguided. Some of them believe wrong things about Allah and His messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, core fundamentals of Islam, etc. A good example are the khawarij whose acts of worship even seemingly surpassed the sahabah but it didn't matter because their belief was wrong, so their worship was wrong. Extremism is something which destroys the people, and it is a deviation from Islam. Those who practice Islam as the messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions did and believe in what they believed in can NEVER be extremists because extremism is to oppose them in religion. For example, some of the people nowadays claim Allah is without a place and this is in contradiction to clear ayah from the Quran in which He said He is above His throne, and there is a hadith in which a girl is asked, "where is Allah?", so she said that He is above the Heavens, and the messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم ordered her to be freed and declared that she is a believer! So for these people who make this claim that Allah is without a place or that He doesn't speak or that they even deny some of His attributes, etc, these are the extremists and extremism is a scourge upon us. بارك الله فيك

I’m also Muslim, but I think Taliban still doing many things wrong; Women should be granted for higher study, not only Hanafi Mazhab rather all 4 Mazhab should be acceptable
What do you mean? Do the other Mazhab not allow women to study? I am actually confused... I heard it was best for men and women to seek knowledge in Islam
@idkigsoSeeking knowledge for both men and women is obligatory in Islam. Look at this Hadith. Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.” Source: Sunan Ibn Mājah 224 This shows that every Muslim either men or women must get education! I Don't know why people think Islam restricts education for women even when the very first word of the Quran revealed on our Prophet Muhammad SAW was Iqra! Which means read! In Urdu its "Parh", isnt this enough to show that gaining knowledge has no restrictions in Islam.
@@FactsSpitter662Knowledge must be useful, And that knowledge must be knowledge that brings beneficial things, not the opposite, forbidden things that are contrary to Islamic law.
@ I’ve not said that,, every mazhab allows ; Taliban doing some problems : 1) They must allow men-women both higher education accessible 2) Freedom of Mazhab (like some mazhab said women hijab is fully niqab, some said face could be show, and others etc ) 3) Women should be allowed to do works that Islam allows,

It's the people who have never lived there and are from other Muslim countries, this is what I'm seeing it's usually the non Afghans who seem to be defending the country so much, yet will never go there themselves. What's even funnier is if you disagree with them, they call you a troll or say you're brainwashed by propaganda. I'm going to trust the people who live there, over anyone else.

Why do you think the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Talibans) are temporarily prohibiting basic rights of women? It’s to keep them safe and protected until it’s safe for them to practice their basic rights, if shows how much the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan values their women. The previous government built and managed the schools in such foul systems and very dark practices were being operated in the schools. That’s why many schools in Afghanistan have been closed and destroyed due to it being built by Haram money which the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Talibans) are doing their best to cleanse the country from all buildings which were built with Haram money. Afghanistan was the No1 provider of Opium which contributed $1.3 Billion dollars annually and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Talibans) could gladly use this fund to help the country but they prohibited this and closed such trade being operated because they didn’t want Afghanistan to be involved in such businesses. Some areas in Afghanistan such as Kandahar, Ghazni and Kabul schools for girls are being opened and operated but due to the limited funding going into the government the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Talibans) cannot pay all teachers salary and cannot yet cover the whole country with its operations. Everything requires patience and careful preparations for a bright future. Reason why all Islamic scholars gave Bayah (pledge of allegiance) to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan as they knew these are blessed people of this world whom won a impossible war against 34 Nations and their war has been documented by many US generals with many saying “there was a invisible force supporting the Talibans” which we as Muslims know is Allah ﷻ. The graves of the martyrs of Talibans have been documented to have the fragrance of musk and their graves has been hidden now to avoid pagan practices or people assuming otherwise of these blessed martyrs. There’s still astronomical problems tho, everyone is jobless and struggling even middle class people find basic living things hard to obtain, and schools for girls under a certain age aren’t open, which has no significance Islamically, the schools were already and still are segregated by gender, there’s no mixing and they’ve never taught something against Islam. A few months back the Taliban started handing out leaflets talking about offering courses for women for things like medical, sewing, etc and shills on social media paraded it but failed to mention the fact that on the bottom of the leaflet in small writing the Taliban wrote that you have to have finished grade 12 first, which only girls from years ago had done, grade 12 is literally banned for girls in pretty sure down to grade 6 I think. You are not allowed to study and work in France wearing Hijab. What Nifaq is this?
You are allowed to wear hijab as long as it’s not a government job and the hijab ban is only until the girl is 16
So if she’s 16 then she can study in France or if she will do a non-government job
@@BroBro-tr2cw
The problem being that women usually hit puberty before 16, and the hijab is obligatory when a woman hits puberty, and even beyond this it is always best to encourage your daughters to wear it as early as possible because the nafs becomes accustomed to how it is. The more someone does an action, the more it becomes natural to them. This is why you see some people never become impatient or upset, they accustom themselves to patience by striving against their nafs.

I'm Muslim but it's insane to believe Muslims support Talibans extremism. I can say with confidence 80% of Muslims support Taliban and that's strikingly horrible. If they don't support taliban they're either not practicing or are actually mentally capable; which again most are not.
They support Taliban because all barbaric rules are against women so ,deep down many men are satisfied
May Allah for give and bless on all of us .

You don't have to stay in Afghanistan. There are several other Muslim majority countries
I live in Northern Virginia, which houses one of the highest number of Refugees in the entire USA. Most of them still follow their religion, and haven't become liberalized like people seem to assume when you move into a non Muslim country, and mind you its been three years since that time. What I've noticed is that the majority of them are against the Taliban rule and say they don't practice Islam the right way. Guess which people said that the Taliban rule is good for the country?

The graves of the martyrs of Talibans have been documented to have the fragrance of musk and their graves has been hidden now to avoid pagan practices or people assuming otherwise of these blessed martyrs.

afghanistan is a good country with good implementation of islamic laws unlike so called Islamic countries of the Arab. We know and we have witnessed what happened to those families which moved to Western countries, how their men and women lost their haya. Also, secular education is not fardh, especially for women. For men they've no choice as it is fardh for them to earn a living. People instead of Slandering the IEA should introspect how their desires are not inline with the islamic understanding.
Still Afghanistan does not issue like, single mothers, dating, nudity, rapes, bastard kids, gun , LGBT as in developed western countries and India.
@@mr.lastchance
Secular education should be given to children alongside deen education because for one, if the husband dies then how will she earn for herself and the children. What if she her greedy family members don’t step up? Loads of such cases in Pakistan and Afghanistan where the family won’t provide for her and she is forced to take a second husband who doesn’t treat her children right.
I often see people living comfortably in Western countries supporting the Taliban without fully understanding the harsh realities of life in Afghanistan under their rule.
