Yo nep, I've been wanting to write this comment for the past couple of weeks now but have not got round to it, here goes nothing. Sometimes when I'm on a good run in fut champs I will get some ea sh*t handed to me and loose a few games in a row if not more. Another issue is that right now as I'm watching this video 10:09 on a Friday night every time I try and enter a game on fut champs/divisions or any other online or offline game mode it will pop up on the screen saying "entering a match has been temporarily disabled, we apologise for the inconvenience and expect match entry to be re-enabled soon.please try again later." This happened last week for a while on Friday morning and has now been happening for around an hour from when this video went live. I texted my friend about it and he had the same issue, this is on PS4, I would love to hear your point of view on this as it really triggers me and prevents me from playing all 40 games. If anyone else has the same issue please reply so I no it's not just me and my friend.

Quick update if nep actually reads this out, it came back on at around 12 last night for me(I live in London) so that was around 3-4 hours of it being disabled. I have come to the conclusion that they were fixing the servers to make it not laggy anymore but surely they should sort out the servers before fut champs starts. Yes, I no they won't no if it is laggy before it starts but they should do something.
I just feel like fut champs is a mess right now

LICKZ 4U Last weekend league at Xbox the servers seem to be really slow and worked really badly, but after the "match entering is temporarily disabled etc" thing come the game started working well again. So i think they are fixing some server problems when match entry is disabled.

LICKZ 4U I feel the pain. I have things to do tomorrow and will struggle to get those 40 games in.... "This weekend again there are some issues and it screws weekend for many of us. Now most of us will struggle to get all 40 games in. I think that Ea should reduce the games for the month. I think monthly games should be between 120 and 160. There should be 30 games for 4 weeks and max 40 games for 4 weekends. Yeah its our own decision to play the games. But It would be nice to one weekend of during these 5 weekend months." This was my own comment. We are on the same boat 😂
Hey Nep I think you are a bit wrong about skilling. It may be more difficult to do and use it effective , but if you can do the skills they sometimes can win you games where a simple run can't. If you come up against a skiller in F17 most likely he will destroy you because he exactly knows what he is doing , in fifa 11 people were just flipping their sticks. To come to a point : I think skilling is a beautiful art in the game and it's something 'elite' when you are good at it. Love to here your opinion on this. Keep up the great work! ( sorry for commenting this again , if you did speak about it excuse me , just want to hear your opinion! )
In regard to the composure stat, could it maybe be related to the 45th and 90th minute goals conceded and scored? Perhaps the attackers with high composure completely trump the defenders with lower composure and therefore make better runs, passes and are more likely to finish. Just a suggestion, love the videos would love to hear a response!
Chqoa may it possibly also explain why you can sometimes tackle a striker and clearly get a good amount of the ball yet the player simply just pops the ball back to his feet? Basically a players ability to control/dribble the ball, pass and shoot etc while under pressure from opponents?

it just almost seems too obvious now that there's this stat that exists in the game that has no explanation and there are situations that cannot be explained involving certain players. It might even explain why players like Musa are/were overpowered.

Hey Nep I was watching a few days ago your video that introduces this channel (the "welcome to the channel") and you said in it that you were planning to post other games than fifa here. I was juste wondering if it would be a good idea to play some other games (like, for example, Horizon Zero Dawn, Nier Automata or any game you want basically). I know that there are many other channels that do this but I mostly watch your videos for your personality. I personally dont feel like the packs are random, because sometimes there are days when I have great pack luck every single pack and then on the other hand there are days on which I get absolute doodoo. Great vid nep!
Abel Versloot me too. My packs in general have been ao bad over the past years my best player was couthino..... in FIFA 13. That was the last best player I got in packs. However in fut hamps packs I got Pepe barzagli And ribery. Which where like 100k in total.
nep ngl usually I agree with what u say however the inform packs will be so much better for the series, if u get an 84 in your 100k pack you'll probably get 20k max back but if u get the inform pack you get 30k guaranteed. love the series keep it up
and u r so much less likely so get a special card in your 100k pack than getting a good player in the totw pack

hey nep, an idea i think would be good for UT is when you score 100 online goals, get 100 online assists, etc, with one player, you're able to convert the card to a special version, inturn making it an untradeable item in your club. I think this would not only be good for ut players who enjoy racking up stats on certain players, but it would add an element of intimidation in the loading screen when versing an opponent. love the series keep it up!

Do you think instead of being able to see the kit of your opponent ea should make it so you can only see the primary and secondary color of the kit? For example, instead of the kit showing up they could have like "swabs" so if it is the new blue and black top 100 kit, it would have a blue swab or square next to the primary color label and then a black square next to the secondary color label. Obviously with the kits gained from fut champs and other ea sports kits it is really difficult to find a game. I don't think ea can get rid of the kit selection screen altogether because people would complain about unknown kit clash that they can't do anything about, so this could be a solution that allows for the use of special kits.
Sup nep, do you think ea should make a sbc for the red cards so that they have more value e.g. 3 gold red cards for 1 84+ red card, love to hear your thoughts

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the only reason that players such as harry kane and christian eriksen didnt have their ratings upgraded is that the card rating itself didnt upgrade sufficiently to actually change the in forms. E.g. Willian has an 85 base card and an 86 in form. Lukaku has a base card of 84 but an in form of 86 rated.
Personally i think the composure stat may have something to do with dribbling stats and shooting stats in and around the box. It possibly affects dribbling more than shooting and that could be why certain players take bigger touches in the box, just a thought

Nepenthez, I have a feeling that the composure stat may be the thing causing the many instances involving "scripting", for example, when you tackle a player and clearly get the ball i find that the attacking player that coincidentally has higher composure ends up instantly winning the ball back straight after a clearly successful tackle. It might explain why some players feel that scripting exists, because players with high composure will have a better ability to keep/regain control of the ball after being tackled.
also, on the goalkeeper problems, i find that higher rated keepers seem to be victims of their own overall rating. Butland and Begovic are consistently making double figure saves in games, and keepers like Neuer and De Gea seem to be prone to silly goals. The passback goal you conceded this episode for example, and a few occasions I've seen De Gea and Neuer have the ball in their hands but the ball goes through their body from poor shots. Do you have an opinion on this?
P.s. do you not find it weird that 91 Harry Kane's card stats are all equal to or better than Ibras yet Ibra is 92 rated? (i know the card stats don't truly represent in games but it's still strange to see)

Hey Nep do you believe EA changes pack weight on players needed for an SBC? Example: when POTM Alli was out packing an MK Dons player seemed impossible (for me). Now I am packing them a lot. Chu boi (what a mug Kappa) said that EA doesn't change change pack weight but I don't think that is the case.

TUX, the challange was max 8 non rare and rare cards, so any special card is a non rare/rare card which means MOTM sbc cards monthly rewards all count
it does count as an inform so he could of used it

Hey nep, it might just be me, but during this weekends fut champions ive played 20 games, twice my players feel quick and reactive, then when my opponent gets a red card, my players suddenly feel heavy and slow. My IF andre gray and martial just turn into wayne shaw with the pace!! Would love to hear your reasoning with this topic in the next vid. Keep up the good content
Im pretty sure composure effect someones performance in front of goal, late in game and in high pressure situations. I think this is why some players feel better at shooting than others even if their stats say they shouldnt be because they have better composure in front of goal.

When you change formation IG, player instructions change back to default. Wouldnt it then be a decent argument to say that ones custom tactics also would change back to default when changeing formation IG?

Hey nep, I decided to play in this weekends, weekend league. I haven't for around 2-3 months due to the fact that the game would drive me crazy at times and would build up my anger even over the little things, I haven't played because I didn't want to play the game anymore due to my anger, ive found a passion for construction/building and I'm currently putting my time into a project, however during this weekend league I was getting back to my old ways and my anger was getting out of control at times, I decided from now I'm never going to play the game again unless it's for fun e.g friends etc, bit of long one but my question is have you ever considered walking away from the game for good at times and if you weren't backed by your great TH-cam channel would you still be as consistent on the game? all the best nep, love the videos

I'd love to hear your thoughts about input lag during weekend league. Do you experience it? I mean these days of fifa, when players take ages to turn and shoot, passes feel clumsy and chaotic bounces are present everywhere.
I've never really heard you talking about this and I would be super interested whether you think EA should address this problem in the near future or should we adapt to it. I must not the only one who plays one day and the game feels smooth, agile and responsive (then I find this game trully amazing), and the other day its delay fest. i completely understand cutting the amount of games for the weekend its fair enough theres no point getting stressed over extra prizes that are effectively minimal in context with the account, i think its harsh to have a go at you for it, like you have a life outside of youtube, you put in so much work and really dont get the credit you deserve, lets not forget theres also the road to fut champs series which as around another 25 games a weekend like its a fucking lot anyways just wanted to share my thoughts love the channel and ll the series' keep up the great work

Hey Nep, really hope you get to see this because I think I have solved your Nainggolan problem in a pretty decent way.
LCM: Nainggolan (with Firmino or POTM on the right side)
LCB: IF Alderweireld (lowest bin atm is 186k according to FUTBIN, maybe lower after the POTM SBC)
LB: Meunier
Meunier is the Belgian PSG right back, who has every stat above 72. 81 sprint speed, 90 stamina, 86 strength, 6ft2 and 3* 4*. He is playing a decent season, so chances are he could get an IF. With a Belgian BPL manager, Nainggolan would be on 8 chem, Martial on 4 (I think) and Meunier on 7 and everyone else on 10. I really think this could work.

inform alderweireld is very good. meuneir i have used and for me he is god awful. also, not sure nep likes using slower players like that as full backs, especially off chem. also his nainggolan is still off chem which was the initial problem and martial on 4 chem is basically pointless
Lukegresty2427 Yeah, you'd have the use a Shadow on Meunier for the pace. And I'm afraid that that is the only way to kind of make it work, unless you're going for Manolas and Rui as LB (who imo is underrated). But yeah guess you're right! Thanks for the clarification

Hey Nep, I was wondering about two questions. First, for the potm cards, since the players are considered the best players of a whole month in the bpl, won't they get tots cards that are both cheaper and better? Especially for players like Hazard and Kane where they have had great form for most of the year. The second being when tots does roll around, how will EA compensate for players such as Mertens where if Mertens just gets the straight +5 stat upgrades, which EA usually adds even more than +5, Mertens will have stats better than 99 Ronaldo? Hey Nep this is my first ever week doing Fut Champs (I'm at university so I normally don't have the time on the weekends to play even close to 40 games), I started off 9-2 and felt really good and then have hit a rough stretch. I'm now at 11-7 with 22 games remaining and I'm trying to make Gold. Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid slumps or get out of them?
Once the major leagues end, even premium 3 In form packs will be worthless as all gold IFs will be discard price by late May. Do you think EA should do guaranteed 86-87+ rated player packs as rewards to replace these 3 IF packs and guaranteed 90+ rated player packs for top 100 players. Composure is a stat that only affects the AI when playing offline, similar to the vision stat

hey Nep! Do you think it would be cool if you received only 1 card from Monthly but you could pick it. Example) if you finish for Gold in the month, then you could pick any monthly card between 85-80 rated. This way everyone gets the best possible player they want and that they can use. Because a BIG problem I see with Monthly rewards is that people very rarely use them! Simply because they receive players that do not fit their team. I have received Gold Monthly rewards three times and have yet to get a card that I could use in a team. I use EPL, Bundesliga, and Calcio A players, but did not receive any from these leagues. Also for earn Ronaldo, Messi, etc get Monthly cards they only go to the Top 100 players. And that is very justified because making top 100 for the month takes tons of time/effort/dedication. I feel this system would keep more motivated to keep playing and get higher ranks, because right now monthly rewards to just too random
